Tried to contact via email message through website, no reply still in over 48 hours. I then tried to call and was sent to voicemail after 3 rings. Left a voice voicemail, but my call was not returned. I'm thinking this company may have gone out of business..? If not, what poor communication for a professional business. Update: Not out of Business. Received a call back within 35 minutes of this review. I'm sorry for the personal matters you are currently dealing with and understand completely. What I don't understand is the completely rude attitude and inability to run a business when things go wrong, maybe a voicemail or auto response set up stating you are sorry but you cannot take on any new business at the time would have been something to look into. It's hard to juggle it all, and talking down to someone because you couldn't handle your business for whatever reason is still very unprofessional. Thanks for the call though! Very satisfied! I am very hard to please and I am very very picky... I had a other glass guy I referred my clients to but come to find out he was cutting corners jeff pointed out those areas and fixed the issue so it wouldn't happen again. I must say he takes great pride in his work to do it right the first time. I watched him almost the entire time he didn't mind didn't even care I was watching that is when you know you have someone who knows what there doing he's very good at what he does . He came out to me and did 3 windshields on the same-day and was able to accommodate very last minute. Overall very satisfied did it right the first time super friendly great local business call Gz if you want a good price but done properly the first time!

Unfortunately during our vacation at Grand Sierra Resort, our Van was one of about 10 vehicles that were broken into over night! We were given the contact information for G’z Mobile repair! Geoff scheduled me the next afternoon after I called to make an appointment. He and his crew were on time, polite, courteous and local! In this time of Covid-19, he and his crew all wore masks and gloves, and had my windshield replaced in 30 minutes.I was so impressed that I scheduled my other vehicle for a windshield replacement the next day. Geoff is a REAL professional!! He has good prices. He's fast and knowledgeable. My windshield got hit by a small rock or something and cracked. I called everyplace in Reno and this was the cheapest, quickest, and best place I found. They had my new glad installed in 30 minutes and I was able to be on my way home with a beautiful new windshield.

Geoff and his partner did an excellent job. They were at the scheduled address early and ready to go when I got there. Their quote was extremely reasonable and they finished the front window in about 30 mins will no issues. Would highly recommend these guys!

Had Geoff replace my ford explorer windshield, they found a broken windshield wiper linkage, informed me about it AND moved my oil change sticker from the old windshield to the new. That is detail and customer oriented with fair pricing!! Highly recommend.
