The Best Auto Glass & Calibration (SIR Glass & Mobile Calibration)

On a trip this week to Vegas, I had to replace my cracked car windshield. I searched Google maps and called this company out of the blue! Had a good exchange over the phone with Kyle and scheduled something for next day. Unfortunately, due to some misunderstanding and unexpected delay, I had to cancel on the spot after their techie Tristan arrived to my place. I was a bit disappointed but Tristan was the example of professionalism. He made sure to promptly convey the situation to his team. Kyle reached out to me later in the day to make sure the situation will be resolved to my complete satisfaction. This is what I call "great customer service". Next day, Tristan and Rob arrived again and like a well-oiled machine replaced my windshield and did the re-calibration in almost 45 minutes. They were a pleasure to talk to and deal with and they left me a very satisfied customer. Now I see why SIR has this exceptional ratings and I highly recommend them to anyone in need of the services they offer.

I Was going to call at least three companies so I can get a competitive rate. I called your company first and I spoke with Tyler. He was so intuitively helpful that I decided not to call any other companies. He just listened to me then explained how they would take care of my window needs. Tyler was intelligent and genuine . I figured with person like that on the front line answering telephone calls , you must stand behind your service. Tyler is sending a service technician out to fix my window at a price just a little more than what it would cost me to do the work myself and I’m not a window installation pro. (My original phone call was just before noon) He understood my urgency and offered me a significant discount in price. I accepted.

The experience from start to finish was amazing! Brian in Sales was very professional and followed up perfectly with my insurance company so the job went down according to plan. Reason #1 to use Best Auto Glass! Reason numbers (2-4) next! First of all they showed up promptly for the swap and took care of business! They declined to wash my Sprinter Van when asked, even when I begged! They were too smart! Back to the windshield part. My previous windshield replacement was done so poorly (pointed out by a Mercedes tech months ago) that the first time I drove my van it was so profoundly improved on how much less noise was present! The alignment of the glass was night and day improved! Great job! (I don’t miss the 8 rock chips and 3 ft long crack!) So dreading my first inevitable rock chips! Thanks for everything!

I will be telling everyone I know about Best Auto Glass! I always try to see if reviews mention price. So let me tell you , No question, their prices cannot be beat. NOT EVEN CLOSE. In addition, I had called several places and not spoken to anyone. Needed to go online to get quote and schedule. Here, I got Tyler on the phone. He worked with us (we didn’t have a little crack/we had a shattered windshield) to get us someone as soon as possible. He was beyond helpful with scheduling and price. They come to you. I got off the phone with Tyler, and literally put this place in my Contacts….hopefully, for referrals, Not us :)

I had a crack in my windshield that just kept on spreading. I called around and found a crazy variety of prices for replacing my windshield. Best Auto Glass was able to give me the best price and was even able to come to my house for the job. Some places weren’t able to recalibrate the sensors that attach to my windshield, but these guys were able to do it all, AND got it done in just a few days from calling them. They did a great job and were very kind and respectful. Would definitely recommend.

From the moment I called and spoke with Tyler, at Best Auto Glass, I felt comfortable and that he wanted to give me the best price possible for replacing my cracked car windshield. We scheduled to install it, at my home, the very next day. Tech Rob and his team came out and the process was fast and clean. They recalibrated all the bells and whistles to work without a hitch. From quote to installation, getting my windshield replaced has never been so easy. Tyler was great! Was very patient with me and my situation. Gave me a quote in a timely manner and had my appointment set as soon as I was able to. Nels, the glass tech, was equally great! Was quite knowledgeable in what he does, has a sense of pride in how he does it and genuinely loves what he does… taking care of his customers. 11/10 would recommend..! even if your rear view mirror needed to be replaced.

I had a wonderful experience with Best Auto Glass. Although a few local-based companies were courteous and more competitive than the $450 windshield replacement quote I got from Safelite, Tyler really made the difference for me. His customer service, consideration, attention to detail and patience with all the questions I asked scored 10+++! He was also able to accommodate my schedule and had their awesome mobile tech complete installation the next morning! Definitely recommend! 💯
