Superior Mobile Auto Glass

I hate writing negative reviews, but I regret hiring Chris at Superior Mobile Auto Glass. Yes, he replaced the windshield on my Lexus LX570. The good news is that it does not leak. But he damaged much of what he touched on my vehicle in the process. I picked him for the repair based on an competitive price quote that came in lower than Safelite and the 5 star google reviews. Beware. You get what you pay for. As other reviewers have pointed out, Chris is friendly and easy to book. You’re better off skipping these guys and taking your chances with Safelite autoglass. His installation skills are low quality and he doesn’t take pride in his work. Most luxury cars have black side molding/trim along the left and right side of the windshield held down by clips. 99 times out of 100 the clips holding the molding can be removed effortlessly without breaking the clips or bending and warping the modeling (that’s the experience you pay for). Not for this guy. He aggressively ripped the modeling’s off, breaking all the clips and permanently warping both moldings, then used urethane to put the molding back in place in the hopes that by the time I noticed it might be months down the line. To finish off the installation he used a rubber trim across the top from a Honda that doesn’t fit my vehicle and lastly the windshield wasn’t set flush. Lucky for me one of the molding strips popped up the very next day so I caught the low-quality repair work quickly. Chris did keep in touch with me after I raised issues and he did offer a few fixes, but even the fixes were Band-Aids on top of the damage and general low quality work. He was offering to tact down the molding with some sort of double-sided tacky tape while he ordered some parts. I just cut him loose, deciding that i couldn’t let him touch my 100K car again knowing that he caused so much unnecessary damage only to shave a few minutes of time off the repair. I basically hired a second glass company to come in and fix Chris’ work. Photos attached. If you are looking for low cost and have an older car this place can get the job done with 3 stars out of 10. I can’t recommend using them on newer vehicles, luxury vehicles or where you might care about attention to detail. With these guys, you get a low-quality repair and if you’re lucky you find out about it. Bonus: Here’s how the hustle works for all you young ones. He shows up with this cousin who runs distraction by being super chatty asking semi-uncomfortable questions while Chris starts aggressively ripping off modeling and trim, damaging your car in the process. For all you reviewers who thought this was just being nice, it wasn’t. It had it’s purpose. LOL. I've attached some photos from the repair work that show all the broken clips and warped moldings.

This place is the epitome of 5 star customer service! (Witch is hard to comeby anymore) Chris was absolutely amazing! I needed my cracked windshield replaced and my husband called them and he was quoted an amazing price, infact the cheapest we found. Just a flat fee quoted over the phone taxes included. Chris and his father came to my home on time! replaced my windshield and in less than an hour POOF! they were gone so I could start my day 😁. Chris was very friendly, knowledgeable, fast and efficient. Did not try to sell me things I didn't need just straight to point windshield repair. I will definitely be using their services in the future if I have any car window issues also will recommend to my family and friends. Love giving my business to the smaller guys. They deserve it and their work shows it. Thanks so much!

Went in this morning to have my rear view mirror reattached to my windshield and received nothing but an amazing experience. From the minute we got there he was so friendly. These guys went out of their way to get the work done in a convenient time while still providing quality service at an amazing price. This will now be my go to shop for any glass related work or repairs. Thank you for this experience my husband and I are grateful for the honest, friendly and great repair job. You hope to never have to call these fellas but you’ll be pleased when you do. Chris and his partner were welcoming and professional. I was able to schedule a same day window replacement after my car was broken into. Superior Auto Glass offered a FAR superior price compared to safelite. In no less than 45 minutes my window was repaired and they were on their way. I recommend these folks to anyone. God forbid this happens again, I’ll be calling Superior Auto Glass. Thank you again guys.

Was calling around trying to get quotes for a windshield replacement for husbands car. Chris was extremely friendly and helpful gave us a quote that was very reasonable. Told me he would have an appointment available in 2 days and that they come to us. Husband called insurance and they sent us to where our insurance covers the replacement. I feel Superior Mobile Auto Glass might be the best company we didnt use. Can't say enough how awesome Chris was trying to help.

I can't even begin to tell you how amazing and excellent superior mobile glass is. Our RV/camper van company uses superior mobile glass almost weekly!! Both guys in the company Chris and Neil are absolute rockstars and are 100% the best people for the job. They will do everything to make sure you are happy, satisfied, and content with their work. If you need glass repaired/replaced I highly recommend them. If you need it done call them. Seriously you won't be unhappy.

Chris and his cousin are both stand up guys! They were great! Came on time and replace my broken windows very quick and efficiently. They definitely took a bad experience and turned it into a good one. If anyone is needing great service please call Chris. These guys were great. They repaired my broken car window within 48 hrs of me calling them, on a Sunday. Chris actually called me back on Easter Sunday to schedule!!! Safelite was going to make me wait 10 days before they could fix my window. Superior also did it for a better price. Excellent customer service from start to finish. I Highly recommend these guys when you need auto glass help.

Our truck had this 6inch crack for about 2 weeks and I found this family owned business on google. I called Chris and he was very prompt and helpful. We scheduled the day after and he went to where I work for the Windshield replacement so it was very convenient for me with him doing mobile. He and Neil did everything very efficiently and professionally. Amazing Service!!! Very cool guys too😎
