WELL The 1st tech they sent out recd the wrong rear window from California. i did most of the work before he arrived like putting towels down inside the car to collect the broken glass, tapped up the window to help consolidate the glass after he broke it abruptly. took me over an hr to clean up the mess while he stood by watching when he could have fired up his vacuum from his truck. i had to wait another 2 weeks to get the correct glass because it had 4 electrical connectors rather than 2 connector. the tech offered some plastic wrap to cover the rear window then while i was vacuuming up his mess he left without telling me so i had to call him back so he could cover the window. When he returned, he said he needed to help out an associate nearby. So if the tech had originally look closely at what type of fittings I had before he punched out those thousands of pieces of glass just hanging there we wouldn't have had to wrap the car. So I called Safelite again and asked him to please send somebody else which they did two weeks later and this tech was far more up to par with Safelite auto glass standards that I've experienced before. He put the new glass in and everything went well so that being said the second guy I would've given a five star for but overall, I'm giving a three star because, safelite could've got better information from me before they order glass in the first place. I do highly recommend this company because they've been out multiple times for broken glass and have done excellent work. Today is great and all is well.

Extremely Disappointed with Safelite's Service and Lack of Accountability I had my windshield replaced by Safelite on my 2022 Honda Civic EX, which included ADAS calibration. Shortly after, I noticed that my Collision Mitigation Braking System (CMBS) stopped functioning. I returned to Safelite for recalibration, but the issue persisted. Since they already calibrated it twice the Safelite recommended I take my car to a Honda dealership for further diagnosis, assuring me that if the fault was caused by their service, they would reimburse me. After the dealership diagnosed the issue, they found that the calibration error was directly related to Safelite's service. However, Safelite is now refusing to reimburse me for the diagnostic costs, simply because I didn’t contact them before having the dealership fix the issue, despite the fact that they directed me to the dealership in the first place. It’s incredibly frustrating that Safelite is unwilling to take responsibility for their error. I’m left with a $481.02 bill for a service they should have properly completed, and now I have no recourse. If you value accountability and customer service, I highly recommend looking elsewhere.

Got my back window replaced. The new window doesn't sit flush with the moulding like the original but that's no biggie. However, the amount of glass left in my vehicle after the repair is. The tech commented on how clean the interior looked upon arrival, and I explained to him that I had to vacuum out what I could as I still needed to drive for a few days prior to getting it fixed. I asked him to please vacuum out the leftover glass once they were done, and to please check any small spaces I may not be aware of ( never had a broken window before). Unfortunately once I picked up my vehicle I noticed quite alot of glass left all over the backseat and headrest, also along the side of the seats, inside the trunk, and on the door frame. I went back in to ask for it to be vacuumed out, but after a long day at work, a long check-out process, and having to wait to ask why my new window was seated so strangely, I was not content with waiting some more. Spent an hour vacuuming up the left over glass. I paid for the standard service but feels like i only got a portion of the service.

I had a rock hit my window on April 17th which caused a small crack/chip in my windshield. I drive a Tesla and their estimate for the repair was $1,480. I contacted my insurance who connected me with Safelite. I was able to schedule an appointment with them for the following day at 8am. When my husband arrived to the appointment he was helped by Pat who informed us that he will attempt to repair the crack so that the integrity of the window remains, but there may still be cosmetic issues. He also told us that there was a possibility the crack could expand during the process requiring a new windshield. I love that he was transparent about the process and gave me all the possible outcomes. I told him I was ok with him attempting the repair despite the risks and less than 30 minutes later my window was fixed with incredible results. From the outside you cannot tell that I ever had a crack, but it is slightly visible from the inside. However it’s very small so thats a minor flaw I can live with. My insurance completely covered the repair too. Thanks Pat!!

The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the technician arrived right on time. He was courteous, explained everything clearly, and completed the windshield replacement quickly and with great care. I especially appreciated the attention to detail and the clean-up afterward—it looked like the car had just come out of a detail shop! This was for my son’s Elantra, and knowing the job was done right gave me real peace of mind. Thank you for making the experience stress-free and delivering great service! I want to give a special shoutout to the service technician—he was fantastic. Friendly, professional, and clearly skilled at what he does. He walked us through the process, answered all our questions, and treated the car with care. It’s not often you get this level of customer service these days. Overall, a truly positive experience—thank you, Safelite!

I am extremely upset With Safelite. The technician that did the actual job was wonderful. I am upset about their deceptive marketing practices after I book my appointment. I received several emails with promo codes. Since I am a senior on a fixed income, I wanted to utilize these promo codes, I already had several friends advised me that I was paying too much and that I could get the service for cheaper. I called the office on rainbow that my technician was originating from and asked about using these promo codes. I was told I would have to cancel my appointment and book another one since I was leaving town for a funeral. I did not feel comfortable canceling the appointment, I asked the technician when he arrived about the promo code. He was honest and said he had nothing to do with the pricing. Why do you send a promo code after we’ve already booked the appointment .not happy at all.

Rudest people ever. I booked a Saturday appt a Week in advance to go to this shop. I thought the appointment was 4:30.. it was 4:00pm so we showed up 20 minutes late at 4:20. there were 3 guys sitting around talking. They just said they could not do it today.. actually they laughed at the fact that they could not do our service.. did not offer any other day. Nothing ..Yes we were late but it was an accident and there is no need to be so rude. We also drove 30 minutes for the appt in 105 degree weather.. Could have at least rescheduled for us.. so we don’t have to call and hold, I would have never laughed at a clients misfortune like that. More than rude but it’s the only word I can come up with. I’ll stick to only using Safelite when they can come do the repair at our place. That has always been fine. But the people at this location are horrible.

My truck had a nice size rock thrown into it last night (rear passenger). A friend suggested to quickly make an appointment online for next morning to have it fixed. To my surprise, it was fix in an hr. Customer service rep at the front desk was super nice and helpful. Despite having gone through my insurance, she was still able to give me a substantial military discount on the repair which I’m super grateful for. The repair gentleman was outstanding as well and very knowledgeable. Was very personable and friendly which help put my mind at ease. My only gripe is that the window rolls down and back up rather slowly than it should. Maybe it needs time due to it not being the original. Might come back to have them take a look later in the week. Outside of that, I couldn’t be happier! Thanks for taking care of me in a stressful situation!!

Very inexperienced people work here and they defiently cut corners doing their job. Brought my Range Rover over to do a chip repair, and they skipped a step on the work, and the repair looks incomplete. About a year ago, they also replaced the windshield on my 2015 Audi S5 Convertible. The car sounded like there was a gap somewhere because the wind was going through. I took the car back, and they gave a full lie story telling me there are broken plastics on my car. Total lie because after inspecting their work myself, I realized they didn't place one of the plastics by the edge of the A pillar correctly, which let air in. They kept lying to me telling me it is my car being damaged, and its not their fault. They need to train their employees more. Probably pay them more too so they care more about their job.

I had an outstanding experience with Safelite AutoGlass! From start to finish, their service was top-notch. The team communicated clearly, letting me know exactly when to expect them, which made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The technician who arrived was professional, friendly, and incredibly skilled. He explained everything in detail, worked efficiently, and made sure the job was done perfectly. It’s clear that Safelite values both quality work and great customer service. I highly recommend Safelite to anyone needing auto glass repair or replacement. Their convenience, professionalism, and expert craftsmanship exceeded my expectations! Thank you for making this such an easy and pleasant experience.
