Great job! Thank you. And on time, no excuses. Chris did a Pre-inspection and recorded them on his phone, talked to me about what he could and would do to fix items as best as possible. Told me how those edges and parts on my van were damaged (by the sun and NV heat) and how to fix them or call him as he has others for recommending to fix those nicks. Chris was fast, and meticulous in his work. After replacement of my windshield he advised me as to when I could drive it, wash the car, etc. He gave advise for getting tinting or UV protection for it since I asked. Chris was very thorough in his work and advise. For this job, he brought his 8-year-old son. Chris is teaching his trade by example. I value getting our children away from doing nothing, but hanging around parents to learn life-long skills in an inviting and non-threatening way. Thanks Chris. Chris did a great job. He constantly kept us updated even though the insurance company was taking three weeks to replace a windshield that was cracked by a rock one day after purchasing the vehicle. They didn’t want to replace with an oem windshield. They wanted to replace with an after market windshield that apparently doesn’t exist. Finally after going back and forth with the company the company said there was no replacement and agreed to the correct windshield. I believe it was due to Chris’s continuous follow up. This guy is a true warrior! Not onky did he stay in communication but he showed up kept his word, and the next day early in the morning he came to my house and got the job done in less then 30 minutes uses on a brand spanking new car. He's the best in town hands down there's no other place to look hes well prepared and has the proper equipment to get ANY job done. Moved here from Chicago and after 8 months it happened. My windshield got hit with a rock and cracked. Chris was wonderful to work with. He drove out to my office to replace my windshield while I was at work. Chris explained everything about the process. It was so convenient and quick. My car was left clean after he was done.
