TOP NOTCH WORK AND TOP NOTCH SERVICE! I hit up Glass Works / Alex when I got a rock chip that turn into a big cracked across my windshield. Told him that my schedule is pretty busy can only do weekends. Alex was able to accommodate me right away and the best is he comes out to my house to do the install. Alex is very experienced on what he do. Showed me all the step from removing the damaged windshield all the way the end of the install. He treats my car as his own car, being very detailed on each step and meticulously doing it to perfection. Glass Works only uses top quality materials/products. From the replacement glass to the adhesive promoter to the sealant Alex use only top notch products. Alex/Glass Works is very honest, very knowledgeable, very meticulous, very professional. Nothing but high praise for the owner Alex. My wife's rear driver window got smashed out at her place of work. Got in touch with Safelite and got told the earliest they could fix it was a week out. Was not happy about this at all. Got in touch with Alex through some recommendations. He answered my messages right away even though it was nearly 10PM. Took all the info about the truck and found the window in stock. Was at my house the next morning at 8AM to install the new window. Very professional about everything. Walked through everything with my wife when he was finished. Highly recommend him to anyone. Will definitely be using him again!
