Glass America - Auto Glass & Windshield Replacement

The installer was outstanding. The product was terrible. The first windshield cracked immediately. They said it would have to be replaced under warranty because they already had collected my payment for the installation. So they came out two days later and installed another windshield. When the installer was attaching the rearview mirror, the bracket built into the glass, immediately broke off. So now we have scheduled a third installation attempt. When I contacted their local office, they refused to reimburse the installation fee. I felt like I shouldn’t have paid the installation fee without the project being completed. They refuse to provide me reimbursement.

Well, let me tell you about glass America . I probably had almost 30 windshields installed in my life and They do the job very professional, clean, quick and very knowledgeable. Explaining every detail to me made me feel very comfortable with all the paperwork . I didn't have to do nothing. Let me tell you about other companies. I had to do a lot of work and I didn't like it so thumbs up glass America. Well, I’m sure I screwed up our techs day. He was enroute to my work which was an hour and a half away, I then called and said I was feeling ill and l was leaving work, he offered to come to our home instead. I couldn’t believe it! Once here my husband then bombarded him basically saying “since your here our two other vehicles also have chips, can you take care of them too?” He did! Made it happen as if it was no big deal but I know it had to be. Such a professional kind young man who went well above and beyond on every level! Thank you !

Outstanding. I 1st tried that company with the jingle, safelite repair but they need to change the ending to safelite failed again. After 2 visits and two weeks, they brought out the wrong window twice and this despite showing a picture with the exact window that was broken. So, I moved to Glass America. They ordered and installed the correct window within two business days and could not have been nicer or more professional. Highly recommend.

The day you preformed the work it had been raining on and off and you were going to be working out in a parking lot. I would not recommend. I’ve had a screeching window and door rattle since getting my broken window replaced. A second warranty visit fixed the screeching, but I was informed by the their technician there was nothing else that could be done.
