First Class Auto Glass

First Class all the way! Chris and Scott were so helpful when I needed to replace my new car's windshield after Safelite cracked it ~16" in a botched chip repair. This shop was so easy to get a hold of, and they did everything I asked for via my insurance: ordered all OEM parts, new molding and trim, and did the recalibration. The work is truly First Class, and I'm so happy to support a locally-owned and friendly shop (unlike Safelite, who my insurance sends you to). Since I had to pay my $500 deductible due to Safelite's incompetence, at least it went to the good guys. Btw, their new address is 6012 Topaz St, Ste 1, in Vegas.

Arranged to come in to shop for windshield replacement with what was supposed to be exact match aftermarket glass, but when arrived, the glass was actually different style than OEM. Exact match was to be ordered and installed the next morning, but the next morning when arrived in the shop, was told the new one was broken, and they had no other replacement. Never got a call beforehand saying not to come in. Spoke with owner who was not apologetic at all and did not want to make any concessions for me. Ultimately, had it replaced elsewhere without issue.

I recently had an excellent experience with First Class Auto Glass. Scott was easy to deal with & got me scheduled right away. I made the appointment on Thursday afternoon, & they came out the very next morning to my location. The team was prompt, professional, & efficient, installing my new windshield while I was working—super convenient! They finished up quickly, & the whole process was smooth & hassle-free. Truly first-class service—I highly recommend them!

My windshield looks great! They came to my house. They were professional and polite. They were half the price of the place my insurance company wanted to send me to. And way cheaper than my deductible. I was super pleased with First Class Auto Glass. My husband's car is nicer and needs his replaced as well. We will be using our insurance but still this company! They have worked super well with us on dealing with the claim and I really appreciate the team here.

Over phone, got a reasonable price for a factory Chrysler Mopar windshield 2014 Town and Country with rain sensor. They had it! "Really?" I asked. So, I made appointment. Drove there. First Class Auto Glass did an awesome job replacing the side moulding on my previously replaced windshield. I bought a used vehicle and the moulding did not rattle until driving over 65mph. The dealership would not repair since previous owner replaced the windshield. First Class Auto Glass was able to replace the moulding in less than 15 minutes for a very reasonable price!!! I had a need to replace my windshield and GEICO kept pushing me to safelight. I'm skeptical of large, commercialized companies. I called the car dealer where I purchased my vehicle. They recommended First Class. I am so glad I transferred my claim. They were fast and clean. They each have a decade or more of experience doing this. They have frequent and thorough communication. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Super happy and truly First Class indeed!! Best place to use by far and $150 less than safelite. Upfront and non deceptive pricing like that other national company that baited me with $500 quote just to get the appointment then the final bill was going to be over $900. First class, highly professional business! Didn't try to sell me things I didn't need. Chris was super! He cleaned up some sticky residue on the bottom of my jeep windshield and even gave me clearing rags to get the residue off my dash ducks! I so appreciate the honesty and customer service displayed by this business. Thank you gentlemen!

Very satisfied. I was given a 4-hour time frame, between 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. Sam called me at 9:37, got to my house at 9:45 and was done with the installation at 10:05. Amazing! I'm extremely satisfied with First Class Auto Glass. Great price and excellent work. A very professional company and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend them!
