First time I went to them to replace and tint a broken window on my wife's car was great fast service. No complaints. Went back to repeat business with my Suburban and got the whole thing tinted and I'm not happy. First there is light bleeding through on all 4 door windows, and noticeable dust and dirt trapped between the tint and glass. Took it back to complain and show the errors. And again Pete was polite, but only wanted to address 2 windows. Windshield and rear driver side door. Just left the shop from having them replace it and again I'm not happy. Dont even want to return and waste anymore time with getting the same low quality work done again. I'm now going to pay another shop to remove and replace the tint on my windows. Sorry but noticeable dust and dirt + bad cuts not covering the entire inside window+ 2 different types of shades of tint now is not a good job. Pete your attitude was great and friendly! Your service and willingness to correct the issues and do a great job this time around is just not there. This would be acceptable if i did it myself with autozone tint or it only cost 150 or so. But not 360 by a professional shop. The picture of 2 different shades of tint is the replaced product/job Advice- make sure you look from every angle, bring someone with you when you pick up your car and have them shine a light or help look for these types of flaws. Run a driver's license lightly over the inside and listen and feel for dirt trapped. Make sure your tint covers the entire inside of the windows.

Call clear quality auto glass to get a full replacement for my Tacoma after going through their automated system and the system not recognizing me the customer pressing one to be connected for about five minutes of back-and-forth. I finally get through to them just to be placed on hold and not even in a professional manner. So, after being on hold for five minutes to give them my business mind you I decided to hang up , I’m not sure I want to do business with a company that just places me right on hold. While in Vegas I called them up and got a quote and wow I was impressed with the price that I had to call again and clarify! And to no surprise the price was correct!
