This was by far the worse experience I have ever had. I had these guys replace my windshield on my truck. When I arrived, the NEW windshield had a crack in it as well. The owner stated he would not replace it, & also would not get me a new windshield. He offered to give me $50 discount credit, or he would keep my truck keys till I paid the bill. I told him I would get a lawyer involved. This shop is by far the worse in the state. There customer service sucks. I bought a new windshield with a crack in it. And when they set the windshield it covers my vin #, u can’t even see the vin. The owner said “oh, umm oh well, they set the windshield to high. And also they used a flat head screw driver to pry the old windshield off, and when they did that, it scuffed the roof line in 2 spots, and they used white out or a white marker to blend in with my white truck. It sticks out horribly. STAY AWAY from this SHOP

Professional, reasonably priced, and someone answered the phone to explain my options and provide recommendations. They came to our home quickly and did the job as expected in replacing our windshield. They left no mess for us to clean up. I first checked with a different, corporate glass company and stopped after getting frustrated. That company wanted to do everything online without providing all the answers, and they don't have an accessible phone number. Yuck. They were not even a better deal, they just had a recognizable name.

This is a small family business that cares about each customer they have. You will be able to contact the techs and owners easily. They offer the best prices I have ever seen. I was terrified I wouldn't be able to afford windshield replacement , but they gave me clear options with decades of experience with insurance companies. Thank you Clear Quality! Pete took care of me with in seconds of walking in. He’s the man this guy had my door apart in minutes and replaced my window hardware easy and quick. Pete his lovely wife and team removed the tint on my vehicle and replaced it with a lighter shade. During the process they discovered that the rear glass was coming loose from the body. Clear Quality is the only company I'll use. I've used them several times now and I've always been happy and impressed. The last time I used them, the dealership quoted me over $700 more to replace my windshield on my brand new car. Clear Quality is the best!
