I usually don’t do reviews, this would actually be my first time. I just really felt like they needed a review. I was looking online to see where I can get my windshield changed and I saw this one was close to my home and had good reviews, so I came in. I was given a price that seemed good and a wait time of 2-3 hours. I usually don’t mind wait times but I had my daughter with me today and she’s usually a handful. The girls in the front helped me keep her entertained with a candy and tv while we waited. She actually stayed entertained the 2 hours we were there and it meant a lot to me as I needed my windshield repaired the crack I got had grew so much within a week so I was afraid it was not gonna last much longer. This was one of the best experiences of my life. I know that sounds over the top. But I truly can’t express how amazing it was and how grateful I feel for discovering Charleston auto glass. I just moved to the area and still learning the areas. Unfortunately, my car was broken into yesterday. That being said, I was blessed enough that I was able to find Charleston auto glass and it was fixed the very next day no hassle. Miss mayra is one of the kindest souls on this planet. Well, they didn't have my windshield in stock so ordered it from california, arrived next day. Was a very pleasant experience with these gentlemen here. Very professional. A very pleased with the workmanship and the price. They were more than 10% less than the competition, and the shop is impeccable. You can tell these guys are very experienced and know what they're doing. Management was a pleasure to work with. They were very busy too but still accommodated us and got us in and out in a couple of hours. I will definitely be returning to this location for all my windshield needs in the Las Vegas area in the future. Just repeated, great store. Great prices

Charleston Auto Glass took me the same day. I was installing soft closing doors on a Tesla and accidentally loosened the 4 bolts which they tell you never to do and the window regulator pully system collapsed in. Pulling the metal wiring to try to put the bolts back on was too difficult without special tools. I called a few shops and they all told me they didnt work on these cars or that I had to make an appointment for some far out future date. Work was quoted at $250 for about an hour and a half worth of work, now my windows now work as they did prior to me messing them up. Expensive lesson but I wont do it again. Thank you

I can't say anything but positive things about Charleston Auto Glass. I had just driven into town on Friday afternoon from Utah for a concert, when the driver's side automatic window in my car stopped working. In a panic, because I couldn't contemplate driving 400 miles in winter conditions with an open window, I did a search for repair places and Charleston came up. I gave them a call, they gave me a decent quote over the phone and I drove to their location. Less than an hour later, I was back on my way to my hotel with the window working good as new. Thanks again for helping me out in such short suspense.

I literally just got my car window broken into 12hrs ago. If I went through my car insurance it was going to be a $650 deductible up front so I called around. I’m so grateful I found this place, the lady was so nice and told me to just bring my car right in. She estimated a 2hr job but they were done in a little over 1hr. Best part I only paid half of what the insurance was going to charge me. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for quick affordable service.

Got a small rock chip on my rental car windshield. Charleston quoted $45 a low price to trap me there, told me the repair would only prevent future cracking, the chip will still be very visible, no difference at all. Kept telling me to call my rental company and let them know, pushing me to replace the whole window. I called another auto glass store in Vegas, the guy fixed my windshield perfectly in half an hour, returned car without any issue.
