Fraudulent work ethics. I called them on the number listed on their website. The person I spoke with gave me a quote for the windshield replacement. I informed him I’ll be using my auto insurance and will be driving from 40 minutes away. I immediately started driving there, upon arriving to their shop, the technician told me they don’t work with insurance it’s only for the tint, i don’t understand why insurance will cover tint, but none of my business. I told him I spoke to the person who answered my call and he said otherwise. I also pointed out their massive sign that reads auto glass repair- insurance. To this he had no answer, and then he got really upset. I took pictures of the sign and overall. Then the guy I spoke to earlier called me back and said they don’t work with insurance, i told him he said they do and they also have a huge sign outside their shop that says they do. All in all, I have to travel tomorrow, I really needed this windshield repaired today, hadn’t they lied to me about insurance, I’d have got it fixed elsewhere. Not only I wasted 40min(one way) driving and then back, i now most likely have to rent a vehicle. I don’t understand why businesses do false advertisement and then don’t own up to their mistakes. Stop defrauding people and stop wasting their time. I am never going to recommend this business to anyone, ever. I am business owner too, that is NOT how you run a business.

In October of 2022 we had driven my car to Vegas for a few days my front window got splintered and made it really difficult to see out of it. It was a Sunday I believe and it was our last day in town and I found these guys and they said sure we're open just bring it on in. So we drove on in waited about 5 or 10 minutes and then we saw them get to work on replacing my entire front window for my 2010 black Ford fusion. They did a fantastic job and I plan on going back to get my windows tinted soon thank you guys for being such great professionals and the price was half of everybody else including the place my insurance company wanted me to take it to who was supposed to meet us there to do it never showed up after we waited an hour..

They did a great job on my car. I needed my window motor replaced and then got a quote to do the tint while I was dropping it off and ended up with a window that rolled all the way up finally and tint all the way around and am not riding around in a hot fish bowl anymore. Price was great and also got it done within the times they told me as well. Dudes were super cool too and polite and easy to work with. For anything window wise I would take it to them cuz they kill it with the quality work that they do and not to mention were cheaper than the other places I checked before. Don't even need an appointment either. Just walk right in. I have already taken them a second car to do just last week! Thanks guys

Went to replace my windshield and was told one price over the phone, double check with the receptionist and when the job was finished, they charge me a different price. $100 more than what was agreed on. Spoke to the manager and she just gave me attitude and said it was probably just me that misunderstood. Didn't offer any solution besides removing the glass after I spent over an hour waiting for the job to be done and wasn't even called when it was finished. Terrible customer service at this location. Edit: yes, the sensors were mentioned when discussing the initial price. The owner does not want to take responsibility for their mistakes

I requested a windshield replacement quote online from Safelite two days ago. They estimated the cost at around $450, so I made an appointment for this afternoon. However, when I went there at the time of my appointment, the replacement cost had changed to $850. I gave up on replacing the windshield there and ended up going to CA Auto Glass, and I was very satisfied. The windshield replacement cost was $290. I couldn't pay with a card, so I made a Zell wire transfer. The replacement time was also 1 hour and 30 minutes, so it was finished very quickly. There is a McDonald's nearby, so you can have a light meal.

My fourth time coming here and they do not disappoint. They are very fair and quick to respond. Glad I came back here and did not have to wait for what the insurance company’s preferred vendor. I didn’t have to file a claim anymore and wait for them 1-2 days later because they didn’t know how to work or were missing parts to get the job done or deal with untrained claims staff. I will continue to recommend others here and wish these guys nothing but the best.

I went here and asked if they could fix the small glass on the back passenger window, and they said they have to replace the whole window and it would cost $120. They also mentioned that they tinted the window within the cost and from the inside and outside looking at the window it doesn't look tinted. Overall not a good experience for me, since I felt like they scammed me for more money then expected and less service provided. NEVER COMING BACK HERE AGAIN

This place is amazing I called they had my window from my 2004 Nissan Sentra they quoted me 130 bucks amazing price they do such a great job they took less than an hour it's right next to the rancho swap meet on Washington there's a metal gate just pull in quality work I will definitely refer this place to anybody with a cracked windshield or broken windshield

What spectacular service!!! Fast, cheapest price, best service ever!!!! They were here in a jiffy, worked tirelessly through the rain to fix our broken window! Even jumpstarted the car, which is more than I can say for NLVPD! 10/10 would recommend! Hopefully we will not need their services again, but if I ever do, I will know where to turn.

Had then replace the windshield on my 2006 Scion xB. They had the windshield in stock and they had it installed in less than an hour. We had alot of rain shortly after the installation and I didn't have leaks or issues with the new windshield. Price is right and the service was great 👍 Going to come back to get my windows tinted.
