CA Auto Glass Windshields & Power Windows

This place is the best. I called in looking everywhere for somebody who could fix my window for my infiniti G35 coupe. I called them and they ensured me that they would fix it, they didn’t even know the damage and how broken it really was but they said they would fix it. They did all they could, they didnt have the parts so they took time to locate it at a different shop or locate it online so they could at least get an order for it in. They found the part after around 20-30 minutes of looking for it, they were relentless to make sure they took care of me. The staff was all really cool and respectful, they all looked at me like a human and tried to take care of me. The ladies and the guy up front in the office are seriously amazing, than after that I even talked to the tinting guys and made a deal to get my windows taken care of, that is all getting done right now. I will leave an updated comment on the results of everything after they are finished. Right now I am relaxing in their nice lounge with wonderful AC getting treated wondefully. Complementary waters for when you are parched. Place is excellent!

I am so impressed with my new windows. My car was stolen and they broke 5 of the windows. I only had liability insurance. So I was responsible for paying the cost of repairs. Safelight quoted me $1700. I cried, I knew I couldn't afford it. I started calling around. I called and was quoted $600. I thought for sure that was wrong, so I went there. At first I almost left because it looks a bit dingy, and I was intimated, but I'm so thankful I stayed. My car has windows again. Gio was so kind and respectful. Don't worry about appearances of the building, their work is A++++. I would recommend to anyone. Don't waste money anywhere else. I'll be a customer for life. Thank you guys so much.

I have been coming here for the last 15 years because they have 5 STAR SERVICE. They always have the BEST products and services available. I have gotten my tires fixed, my windows tinted, my windows fixed and a new windshield. They have Guest service and treat you like family. Today I came in and I was in and out in less than 45 minutes. I want to give a Big shout out to Gabriel, Abel and Jayden. They are an asset to the company. Hard workers with good smiles. They really explain everything in detail and make sure you understand the services and products that you are paying for. I truly appreciate the help. Thank you for making my vehicles safe for me and my family.

I purchased a newer vehicle 2022 last year. Haven't been to this location for many years driving newer models. Crazy I was here 8 years ago for an old trunk of mine! (Google timeline) Well looking for a place to get a back window fixed (regulator) I honestly totally forgot about this place and then tell I put the address in after getting my quote I been here. The customer service is shockingly good! Better than any corporate spot! I was gonna get it fixed at the dealership under warranty but they wanted labor separate blah blah and 2 weeks out appointment. I was quoted in the afternoon it was fixed by the next morning! 730am. FAST, PROFESSIONAL, AFFORDABLE, LOCAL.

AVOID THIS PLACE! EVITE ESTE LUGAR! I got priced on a sunroof installation for my mustang for $400 and estimated time of 3 days. I took my car there, after a week they kept telling me it was going to take longer, it took them 4 weeks. When I went back to pick it up I found scratches on the roof and the quality work was HORRIBLE!! I told the lady at the front desk and she started complaining that I got charged really cheap, she said it was too hard and they never done it before. I told her I asked how much and they gave me the price! Only thing she did was a discount of $50 dollars for the HORRIBLE scratches on my new paint and the bad job on the sunroof.

Man where do I start? These people are beyond great. Customer service was at its best, they worked on my truck right away. That’s not the best part! The best part is that I called everywhere you can think of and was told I had to replace all 3 for 850.00 because they don’t sell it separately only the middle one can be sold separately. So when I called CA Auto glass I explained what I’ve been told about having to change the entire back. They explained that’s not always the case(very knowledgeable) I stopped by and they were able to fix my window for $200.00. Service was great and they saved me a bunch of money! Thanks!!!

We went to take our van to get the front passenger and driver side windows tinted. We were greeted with a warm smile and a good morning. The window tinters were very polite and professional. They described the process and the options to us as well as price. Once we came to an agreement we were directed to an area like a patio. The service itself took about maybe 30 minutes. And we were very comfortable waiting. Is his dad? We're very satisfied with how the work came out. I would make my way from anywhere in the city to this place. They doore than just tint windows. Repair replace etc.

I wanted to leave a positive review because I've been here twice now and they're quick and affordable but this time I went got a window replacement and they took it upon themselves tint the replacement and then try to get me to pay for it even though I never requested that service. It took them 15 minutes just to figure out they made the mistake and take the tint off since I never requested it. This was all after who I believe to be the owner saw the tint was on the window, confirmed the price I was quoted and had me pay the agreed upon amount.

I have a Kia. They've busted my windows 2 times in 10 months! So this is my 2nd time using this business 1st time at the N. Las Vegas location. Both times, extremely friendly, professional, FAST, & affordable. Friday night my window was busted open, Saturday I had to work. So I called to see if i could make an appointment (didn't need to) & see if they had the part (they did). Hours of operation are wrong on Google. They close at 5pm on Saturday. I want to say I was done in 20mins! They even cleaned the glass that was shattered on the inside!

Today I was not even looking into buying another windshield because going to the dealership it was going to cost me 900 dollars just for the windshield. Talk with Jayden and he took care of me.. All wanted to do is fix a few chips in the window instead got a brand new windshield no lie for a amazing price and it was done in 45 minutes.
