So...if I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would! Earlier this morning someone broke my rear quarter window trying to probably steal my car. Thankfully they were deterred but left me with an inconvenient situation. I reached out to several places to obtain quotes but my biggest challenge was that it was Sunday. I wanted to go with 1 company but they charge a recycling fee and there really wasn't anything to recycle? I called another place that was maybe $100 less than place #1 but they couldn't set an appt until Wed...then I called this place on a google search and also saw that one of the other places I messaged from Yelp recommended this same person as they don't do this kind of repair. When I called at 11 am, I heard they had the glass I needed, they could take me at 12 p.m. I explained I couldn't get there until after 1 and he made me an appt for 1:30. The cost was like 1/3 of some of the quotes I was getting and Can I tell you I got there at about 1:31 and he was done in less than 15 minutes! I took a STACK of cards and will call them for any future needs and refer all my friends there. Plus he had an almost perfectly matched tinted quarter window which saved me having to get it tinted! After my Volvo XC90's driver's side window was broken during a vehicle break-in in Summerlin, I found this auto glass repair shop through a Google search. I brought my SUV in to have the window replaced. The staff was very friendly and able to take my vehicle in quickly to assess the smash and grab damage. They had an equivalent aftermarket glass in stock that properly fits my model Volvo, since sourcing OEM glass can be tricky. The repair technicians did an excellent, efficient job removing the shards and installing the new window. They made sure to thoroughly clean up any leftover glass pieces and tested it out before returning my XC90. The window functions just like new again! I didn't need a referral given the comprehensive coverage from my insurance company, but I'm still so glad I found this shop online. They made the whole stressful situation hassle-free and their stellar customer service and workmanship. I wouldn't think twice about bringing any of vehicles back here for auto glass repair or replacements.

I brought my car in a few weeks ago. My back passenger window needed to be replaced after the Kia boys had stolen my car and broke In through the window. They quoted me the cheapest price I was able to find in Vegas and fixed it right away. While fixing my window, my ignition was also damaged and they fixed that for me as well at no extra charge. It’s rare to find genuine people who take pride in what they do and really want to help others. The entire staff is professional and very generous. I almost cried when they told me they had fixed my ignition as well. I’m so grateful and thankful to have found them. Needed my windshield replaced after I got a major crack in it from I don't know what. I called places in my local area (north west part of AZ) to see how much they would charge to replace my windshield. They were asking too much. I called places in Vegas, and this was the most reasonable place I could find. Lady on the phone was very nice, very helpful. I made an appointment for the replacement. When I showed up, I felt very welcomed, like family. In an out in the approximate time that they gave me. Definitely worth the 1.5 hr drive I made for the replacement. I know it sounds crazy driving that far for a windshield replacement. But believe it or not, I actually saved money. Definitely recommend this place.

They were fast and efficient. My car was ready in the time they quoted. However, as I went to pay, I was given a “cash price” and a “card price”, I wouldn’t have minded pulling money out of the ATM if they would’ve told me from the beginning. They suggested I walk over to the barbershop and use their ATM, but I didn’t want to pay the fees. Had I known ahead of time, I would’ve went to my bank and gotten cash out. That’s the only thing that bothered me..please just be upfront with your customers and show them the courtesy of different options in a timely manner...don’t wait until we go to pay for the service rendered. This was the worst place I have ever been to they make us go in the office and takes your car to the back in a garage and they have a lady in the office giving you a price from over the phone the supervisor left and tried telling me that my regulater was broken on my window when I knew my window was off track they Tried charging me $150 and then went down to $130 then $120 so I decided not to get their service and walked to the gargage in the back angry and guess what they didn't even touch my car didn't take no pieces of the car door to check the window or nothing but telling me a price THEY ARE SCAMMERS !!!!

I would give this place a negative score if I could. I was the first customer in this place after I called at the advertised time at 6am. I been here since 9am. The driver forgot to get my glass and had to go back and get it. My daughter has a tournament at 1pm. I was told it would be 2 hours and it’s been almost 4 hours. No apology or even a conversation. I was told they are finishing over 30 minutes ago. Sad I was looking for assistance after my truck was broken into. Unfortunate that these are the facts today. Hopefully I can make it to see her tournament. Not cool.

Called and spoke to what was supposedly the manager she was unprofessional and seemed to be uneducated on service. Asked to setup appt to have car looked at to see what’s wrong and everything from my vehicle type was repeated incorrectly even to the issue after being put on hold while she searched for unknown/incorrect problem and vehicle info she over talked me and refused to have my car inspected and serviced. Ruined my morning how something as simple as making an appt could be so difficultNegativeProfessionalism

This place reminds me of how all businesses should be run! From the glass technician to the cashier and the service was a very pleasant experience. I will recommend my friends to this business and I will be a repeat customer the next time I need a Window regulator or motor! Great staff, fast service, and excellent customer service, all the boxes are checked and if you try this business you will not be disappointed! If you have any problems with your windows this is the best to go to. Best prices ! Unfortunately I have come twice to fix my window (different problems) and everyone is so nice all the time including the owner.
