I was hoping to come on here and leave raving review because many, many, many people recommend this company. I'm not gonna get nasty on here but do yourself a favor, the day before your appointment call them to verify what you scheduled is current. Im going to work a 14 hour shift after working one last night and then came home and removed the wipers, cowling " That Fast Glass in fallon broke on Monday 1/15/24 when they butchered my truck and the rear view mirror so the vehicle would be ready and prepped for service and the 6 hour nap I was hoping for before work after my appointment, which was scheduled at my home was 2 hours. No disrespect intended Shane but not cool. Follow up 5/5/24. First off, Nevada is a two party consent state and at no point when a person calls your business do you or anyone inform the customer they are being recorded which is illegal in the state of NV. It's disheartening that you feel you need to blatantly lie about customers to deflect your own mistakes onto them. If you'd like Shane I'll paste the text of you yelling at me like a child after you dropped the ball, after I posted this three months ago. You made a mistake that effected others and got called out on it. My review was about your service and the frustration I had that day with you and you alone. Let it go. Brite glass took care of it amazingly. Put the shovel down and stop digging Shane.

DO NOT trust this business. I hired Shane Krogg from Auto Glass and More to replace a windshield, apply tint, and do some light detailing. What I got instead was weeks of dodged messages, excuses, and ultimately, what appears to be a $150 scam. I reached out professionally, confirmed availability, location, and even asked if a deposit was needed — which I paid in good faith. Shane replied just enough to keep me on the hook, then completely disappeared. My follow-up messages went ignored, Cash App requests were denied, and the payment I sent was to a mismatched name, raising serious concerns. Even after I told him how important this job was to me personally, he ghosted — no refund, no apology, no explanation. Just silence. To make matters worse, Auto Glass and More is not BBB accredited, which makes sense given how unprofessional and shady this experience was. I’ve dealt with plenty of small businesses, and this was by far the worst. If you value your time, money, or peace of mind — go somewhere else.

Shane is FREAKING AMAZING!!! We had actually used him once before a few years back. We were blown away by his work, his pricing and his personality! Seriously. Come to him, you won’t regret it! He is truly is the best windshield replacement around here! I refer to him as The AMAZING Windshield Guy! He truly is awesome. You will NOT find anyone with better prices, let alone the beautiful work. My husband and I had actually gotten sick and had to reschedule. Not only was he absolutely understanding he freaking asked us if we needed anything? He is genuinely kind. I’ve NEVER EVER experienced that, until him. I PROMISE, PROMISE, PROMISE you that you will not be disappointed and will refer to him and his business as The AMAZING Windshield Guy! Thank you, Shane! I will be giving your name and number to EVERYONE!

In June 2019, I was on a trip in Fallon, Nevada. I took my 2011 Toyota Tacoma to Auto Glass and More . I had a 5" crack in the windshield, which they told me could not be repaired.They replaced the windshield and charged me $182.60. A month later, I discovered that the crack could have been fixed for about $50.00. As I was driving, I started to hear wind noise coming from the upper driver's side of the windshield. I had the windshield looked at by another auto glass company, who confirmed that there were 6 places around the windshield where there was no adhesive. Auto Glass and More had not installed the gaskets and adhesive properly. It cost me another $80.00 to have that repaired. Do yourself a favor...find another place to work on your auto glass.

It was my first time doing business with auto glass and first I like to say he is a nice person but his office was a mess no where to sit down so I sat on the curbside. Second he had my inside of my car left panel by my passenger side where he had to take the front window is now detached. I don't care for anyone who does a fast job and wants to own there own business appreciate what you have and take your business seriously because most of us would love to own our own business. Be professional and definitely have a clean environment . It definitely gives you points especially dealing with customers.NegativeQuality, Professionalism

Outstanding price, work, and customer service. I had some issues arise for my scheduled appointment, completely on my end, and they still were friendly and understanding. They did the work quickly (even though they were swamped it felt like I was their only customer) and it looks amazing. The price was also the best price I could find, including glass companies in Reno. I hope it doesn't happen, but if I ever need glass on my vehicle again, I'll be scheduling an appointment with Auto Glass and More.

Came VERY HIGHLY recommended via Facebook so I decided to try him. Extremely fair price (almost too good to be true), very quick response time and even quicker service from begining to end! I was almost expecting shoddy work or something to go wrong, however, he and his adorable wife make a perfect team for perfect workmanship!!! Great quality work, affordable and quick!! Owner was very knowledgeable and down to earth and had a great personality. He answered any questions or concerns I had. He was even willing to meet with me late in the afternoon so i didnt have to drive my kids around with a broken window in the cold snowy weather. Truely appreciated guys!!! I Highly recommend this place to everyone for all your glass repair needs. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Amazing job! I priced several places in Sparks and Fallon and Auto Glass and More was hands down the cheapest. They came to me in Fernley and they were able to work with my schedule. When they were finished, they explained to me what they did and problems they had noticed while doing the work so I was aware of them. We dropped off a work truck to get a windshield replacement, and decided to go find birds to kill time. We were not even at the hunting spot when we got a call saying the truck was ready. Must have been 30 minutes! The guys were very professional, the work was high quality and super fast. Here's the best part: The price! Even though work paid for it, we are very pleased with how affordable it was. We would highly recommend this place!
