Staff was very professional and kind. I arrived early and they were able to get me in and out in a timely manner. Their office was clean and comfortable. Super happy with my experience with them. They also had the price cheaper than my origional quote.

Was directed to this location by my insurance company for our windshield replacement. They were very poilte and friendly,. When we arrived they had all our information and had the new windshield in stock. Very clean faucility, was told it would take about 2 hrs and they wanted to know if we would be staying or dropping off. We had other appointments so they said they would call us when they had finished. 1 hr 45 minthey called and told us they were done. Safelite was very professional and I highly recommend them. Thank you ScottsBluff for a job well done. I wish I had gotten their names, really treated us very nice.

Scheduled for a morning windshield replacement. As soon as I submitted my appointment, it stated that a tech would be there between 8 am and 5 pm. That is certainly not a morning appointment. The day of, I waited all day and finally called in the late afternoon. I was told that it was logged as a no show because "they couldn't find us". No phone call, no other communication, they just cancelled our appointment. Nice. We'll be taking our vehicles to a local establishment. The only reason I took a chance on Safelite was because I could get my vehicle in a day earlier. I'm sure glad I didn't pay ahead of time!

It appears that you are now UNABLE to talk to a real human being in ANY Safelite Autoglass Locations. Their Phone number tells you to go to their Web Site. THEN their computer hangs up on you and tells you good bye. When your Web Site does not answer your question and you can not talk to a real person then your business is going to suffer. In the last 13 months, I have replaced 5 Windshields and that is business they have lost. Now I am in Nebraska and their is a Safelite store in Scottsbluff and again, you can not talk to anyone.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

Hailstorm came through the area so super busy but got the soonest available apt at 9am. At drop off front desk said expect 2hours. Called at 1230 and they said they were just starting.finally picked it up at 5. 8 hours later. Courtesy calls should be made if you completely overshot the amount of time told. Wasted my entire day waiting around. Have a second vehicle that needs a window. Will go somewhere else.

The Safelite representative (Andre) that came out to fix my wife's windshield was a very diligent and persistent worker. We had two setbacks which were no one's fault. But the third time was the charm as Safelite and Andre got my wife's windshield together. I am very pleased and would recommend to anyone.

Stopped in after I had a car window broken out. They immediately brought my car into shop and offered to vacuum out broken glass and cover the window with plastic, all this before they even knew if I was going to use them to replace it. Great customer service.

They were quick and friendly. The waiting area was warm, clean, and the chairs were comfortable. You cannot even see the chip anymore. It's a tiny speck, before the fix it was about the size of a dime. I refrett not taking before and after pics.

My service tech, Andre was awesome! Came to our house, was on time, great communication and he even got our old park pass stickers off the old windshield to use on our new one. I’m definitely coming back on the next windshield replacement.

Difficult to get a hold of, tried to get someone to answer the phone for two weeks. When I finally did get an appointment, I took camper in and nothing had even been looked at by the end of the day. Very disappointed.
