I called at 8 a.m. when they opened on Monday, the person who answered was unprofessional from his tone to handling the appointment(or lack thereof). I believe handling is being too kind as his response was "I am booked and everyone in town is. It's summer." His demeanor was comical and arrogant. He didn't offer to take my information in case there may be a cancellation he could fill. He didn't even offer to schedule out further, I have always taken my cars/trucks to the same tint shop and I am glad this experience will keep me loyal to their small business. I liked what I saw on the website and was ready to give this business a try. It seemed quality but whoever is running this place either has no business sense building new clientele or has poorly trained employees with very little customer service experience. Either way the end result is this review and my vehicle being tinted when I needed it to be. I will stay loyal and spend my money with a small business that understands every interaction matters. Update after response: I did not want in right away, I wasn't offered any other appointment time. Calling 8 am on a Monday for a Saturday appointment is reasonable and I was flexible. Apologizing for my feelings and not your short answers/lack of customer service is not an apology. Once again you just did the exact same thing when we spoke, you assume everyone in town is booked and spoke for other businesses with no responsibility. You make an excuse and it's odd my vehicle sits fully tinted as I type this. "Booked" Learn from this and I wish every local small business the best but you made a mistake. I am unable to reply to the owners comment below. I would like to include a photo of what the tint looks like on my 2016 Elantra. 9/23/24 was my THIRD attempt to try to get them to work with me. I'm not asking it for free - I would have happily paid if they would have worked with me on the cost to remove/replace. Their price was double the cost of anywhere else I called. Scott Flaming says his routine is to "tell every customer" but I do not recall that ever being said to me. If it had, I would have placed the receipt with my car registration where other critical documents go. Blame it on the customer - not the fact that it's now 2024 and computers are used for almost everything these days and just "maybe" you forgot it as part of your routine. But he's been doing it this way for 30+ years and has no intention on changing anything. I ONLY received a response back after I advised that I would be posting a review because I was a true, loyal customer - who referred countless friends/family here & had multiple cars of my own tinted here. On 9/23 I attempted reaching this company for the 3rd and final time and followed up with an email. I provided my phone # in that email but never received a call. Finally today, 9/27 I had an appointment to get this fixed because I did not want to look at it anymore. My mistake for not knowing his vacation schedule, as there was no "out of office" on the company phone or email. Unprofessional would be an understatement. This is not a customer oriented business who appreciates loyal, returning clients.

I haven't see how the tint looks since I had it done less than 24 hours ago and I was told it needed time to dry. However, on the way home from the shop, I noticed something flapping next to the window while driving, so I checked and noticed that they cut into my rubber trim. I checked the whole car and saw another place. Then, there were also liquid dripped on to both of my front speakers and other interior of the car. I picked this business because of all the good review on Google, but I regretted it now. Adding fuel to the flame is that my car just came from the factory 5 days ago, which I picked up the same day, and barely had a chance to drive it. Update: It's been 3 days since the installation, so I went thru a touchless car wash so I could clearly inspect the tint. I found more places where rubber trims were cut. Also, most of the tint installed have bubbles in them. I appreciate the attempt to contact me from the owner, but I needed time to cool down before responding.

Wow!! There’s definitely a reason why this place has 4.9/5 stars! I won’t go anywhere else going forward. I was met as I walked up to the front door by (who I believe was the owner), he said he would take my keys and to check in at the front desk. A guy was waiting for me to write my name on an invoice and my vehicle make model and year. It literally took 20 minutes to do both my front two windows on my 2025 Traverse (door was open to the shop so I could see them working on it too!). I decided last minute to do a sun strip as they were backing out my vehicle. I apologized and they said no problem, we will pull it back in and put it on. I was out of there in less than 30 minutes! Wonderful service and FAST!

I’ve had multiple cars tinted here and every time it looks amazing. I made the mistake of going to a different place a year again and had issues twice with the tint peeling within a few months. I’m telling you if you want your tint done correctly you need to go to Auto Glass Tint. Scott is super nice and will give you recommendations on what might work best. We had the choice of having the front two windows done to match the back or having all the windows done a but darker. Almost every tint business would have said “let’s do all the windows” to get more business but Scott recommended doing the front two to match and I’m glad he did. The car looks great.

I got my windows tinted here today and all i can say is AMAZING!!! Originally i had scheduled an appointment with a different place and got really rude customer service. Almost everyone i talked to kept suggesting this company to me and as soon as i read the reviews i knew this is the place i wanted to tint my windows...i scheduled my appointment last minute and they were able to fit me in. Tinted my windows in less than two hours and it looks amazing!!! so happy with the way they turned out and amazing customer service. will be referring people here and coming here for any other vehicle. thank you so much auto glass tint!!

After messaging and emailing more than five different companies asking for quotes and a timeline for installation, I spoke with Scott at Auto Glass Tint. Their price quoted for all windows tinted except the front, wasn't the most expensive or the cheapest, but was right in the middle. Scott continued to email me back as I asked other questions about warranty and their products used. His willingness to answer all my questions, provide a lifetime warranty on work done, and a great finished product made my decision making simple. Definitely will return for future car window tinting!! Highly professional and recommended.

So happy I found this place when shopping around for an auto tint job! I took in my 2018 Nissan Altima and within only about 40 minutes, the job was done. I was thoroughly impressed how they were able to perfectly match my sides to the 20% rear shade. These guys truly know what they're doing, they're fast, efficient, and dedicated to customer satisfaction. The total price was $160 with a lifetime warranty for as long as you own the vehicle. I had a wonderful experience at this tint shop. I called around to a few places and this place was priced $20 above other quotes I got for my Toyota Corolla but I went here bc the guy on the phone was incredibly friendly.
