They didn’t have the right windshield for my truck, wrong year. Quoted me $300 more for the correct one. When I asked why I was told they had to calibrate my sensors. I said no thanks. A guy working there told me he’s not seen a GM need that done. They left a screw driver type tool on the roof, as I drove away I hear this clunking. I went back & gave them the tool back. They scratched my truck by the windshield as well. I have used them in the past and never had issues. This was not a good experience.ServicesAuto windshield replacement

Worst customer service I have ever experienced. I made an appointment for a simple glass replacement. My first appointment was messed up by their call center. We were understanding and tried again. We came for the second appointment and were told that someone called and canceled it. When confronted again, they admitted they said that to cover up for the fact that they ordered the wrong glass, but still took no responsibility and offered nothing to resolve the matter. I do not recommend doing business with liars.

I have a 2019 Ford Explorer I have brought my explorer to have the windshield replaced three years ago. I have had to have the pillars replaced by auto glass now five times they keep on flying off when I am driving my vehicle so they have flown off for a six time and they do not want to fix them. I took it to a Ford certified dealership and ask them why these pillars keep on flying off that auto glass now has put on my vehicle. They told me that they are just gluing on a piece and not repairing it properly. This is a safety issue for anybody that is behind me while I’m driving. They keep on ignoring my issue. I have contacted the Better Business Bureau. I have contacted corporate for auto glass now, and they keep on ignoring my issue this pillars that were put on by auto glass now are put on incorrectly. They have flown off six times, and I sent them a bill. To have this issue corrected properly by the Ford dealership. If they do not fix this correctly, I am going to file a small claims. Against them this is not like one time they came off. This is six times. They have flown off and they just ignore me. It’s been ridiculous. I would not bring your vehicle to this place. They are doing things half way, and they do not care. That they are not doing it properly I would give them a one star I’d give them less if I could. And to have this problem fixed correctly is a $900 job according to the Ford dealership. This has been going on for three years. I just want my vehicle fixed correctly. I don’t just want it gluten halfway. This company will ignore you. They will not fix the problem correctly. Do not use this company. I would pay a little extra to have somebody fix it correctly.

I'm sure the guys in the garage are good at what they do, but I didn't have a chance to find out. I scheduled an appointment with Auto Glass Now through their website for 8 AM, and even got a call from someone as a reminder/confirmation that I was planning to be there at 8AM today. During that call though, they mentioned that it's first come first serve, which I thought was weird, because I made an appointment.. but I thought well maybe that's just for walk-ins or to deviate any people trying to cut the waiting line. So I show up at 7:55 AM, get checked in and they say there's a couple cars ahead of me, but the wait time would still be about an hour till they get to my car and another hour and a half to finish the windshield replacement. I thought fine, no big deal, they overbooked a bit. I planned to wait for about that long anyway. I go across the street to the McDonalds because the shop's waiting area is terrible. I wait two hours, and call up the shop cause it looks like my car still hasn't been touched. I was told they were working on my car, and that it would be done soon. Okay, maybe that's not my car I see in the parking lot. I go back to the shop at 11 to be ready to pick up my car, and see that it's still not been touched and I was in fact lied to. What's the point of making an appointment if it's not even pulled into the bay 3 hours after it was suppose to start?? So I pulled away and will be going to Safelite, where I've never had this problem.

*EDITED REVIEW* We reached out to the email provided and they took care of everything! Redid the windshield and it looks SO much better. They also fixed the speaker. Thank you for reaching out and fixing up the sloppiness. I just wish it was done correctly the first time.. **Sloppy Rear Windshield Work** WOW. I cannot believe this place!!!! My little sister took her car in and she came back with a BLOWN SPEAKER and a mess in her car (photo with the glass was after she had already cleaned up). What kind of professionalism is that? It’s not just some generic sound system either it’s a Bose sound system. I’m shocked. She said she spoke to the guy about it and he said it’s not their fault??? Sir. This speaker was fully functional when she drove the vehicle in, so tell me again how it is not your fault? Went in for a replacement rear window and it’s not even correctly placed!! When you turn, you can hear the glass shift. Poorly sealed and the work looks so sloppy. To top it all off.. they left glass pieces inside the car and black hand prints on the beige interior.. such a disappointing experience.ServicesAuto rear window replacement

When the technician arrived, I unlocked my vehicle to remove a Tolltag and oil change sticker from the windshield so I KNOW my driver's side seat was not broken. When he was done, I opened the driver's side door and noticed the seat was broken! When I questioned him about it, he denied being inside my vehicle! However, before the installation, he told me I needed to leave both sides unlocked. WHY would I need to keep my vehicle unlocked if he didn't need to get inside at some point? ALSO, when I looked inside, the rear view mirror was completely faced towards the passenger seat! That means he was inside the vehicle to move the rear view mirror. Would definitely NOT recommend this company!! Safelite is a little more money, but definitely a more reputable and ethical company.

Worst experience ever. Made two appointments for two different cars. Kept getting text messages to make an appointment. So I called them back. First problem is one of the vehicles was totally wrong. One vehicle they had down as a Chevy when it should have been an Ford F250. Then they couldn't find the appointment for it. The other vehicle they had the wrong windshield. Now they double the cost of both windshields. So the next day I was concerned and wanted to make sure the appointments were set and they had the right windshields for the right vehicles. They couldn't find the one vehicle. This place use to be good. But has good down hill.

Was very quick and easy to get scheduled, dropped my truck off and they had the windshield replaced in 3 hours but you can see the urethane from inside the cab. A week later I call because I can feel air coming through the bottom of the windshield, they gave me no problems with bringing it back for them to look at it. Half an hour later get a call saying that it is "fixed" driving later can still feel air, currently having the windshield resealed at a different company. All around quick, cheap, and easy but not impressed with the quality of work.NegativeQualityServicesAuto windshield replacement

They got me in and out in about 90 minutes which was nice. However the seal job on my windshield is subpar at best, I can tell just by looking at it. It's squishing through into the cab in several spots, and I was told on the phone that I would have a lifetime warranty against leaks - that being said, after they installed the glass they told me since they found (and repaired) a couple small rust spots in the pinch weld, that voids the warranty. Honestly I wish I would've spent the extra $50 to go to Omaha Glass Pro, and I'm not confident this windshield seal will keep water out.

The installation they did for my windshield was very good. However the front desk communication was lacking and the techs were inconsistent. I was told my 8AM appointment would take about 1.5 hours and that they would call when it was done. They didn’t call me I had to keep calling and the van wasn’t done until 2:40!! Two technicians had called in which caused the delay. I would have appreciated being updated so I wasn’t waiting all day for my vehicle and initiating all communication. Just poor customer service I guess. No issues with the windshield though, looks great!
