I highly recommend Windsheild factory. AL was extremely courteous, professional, affordable and most importantly provided the most prompt customer service. I work in Omaha, and on my way home, cracked my windshield, and from the time I made the call, to when the repair was completed was less than two hours. Al did not want to inconvenience me the next day so he made me a priority, and came by my home that evening and repaired my windshield. Our windshield was massively damaged and needed to be replaced on a tight timeline, between road trips. Not only did Al offer a competitive price when I called around, he also was able to fit me in before we were hitting the road again. And, he is completely mobile, which meant it could all happen in our driveway! But wait, it gets better! Al is kind and personable, and fun to speak with. He made the whole thing surprisingly enjoyable. I hope to never have to get a windshield replaced again, but if I do, I know exactly who to call. I have already recommended Al to others.

Al messaged me back immediately when I told him I needed my windshield replaced! I contacted him and he traveled to Omaha, from Lincoln to replace my windshield . The best part is I paid almost half of what other places were charging. He got everything done within 45 minutes and it was hassle free as he did it in my driveway after I got home from work! I called Al on Monday morning and he said he could be out the next morning. I was amazed, I figured it would be at least 3-4 days by the time he could get to my vehicle. This was great cause we had a blizzard coming and he got it replaced before that arrive!! He replaced the windshield fast, fixed the windshield wipers, vacuumed the whole car, as well as cleaned all the windows so it was looking extra clean!!! Highly recommend Al he’s a great guy to work with!!!

I cannot recommend this professional service enough. They provided prompt service at a reasonable price. I called the Windshieldfactory at 12:30 today to repair my damaged windshield. Al Hernandez came to my place of employment and solved the problem quickly without any delay. I can't say enough good things about Windshield Factory! The quote process was easy and fast, and their services were far less expensive than other quotes we received. Al came to my office and replaced my windshield in the parking lot! I didn't even know that was possible! He did an excellent job and had my car looking good as new in no time! Would definitely recommend!

I would only use this guy if you wanted the absolute best serve. We set up an appt between 12 and 3 pm, he called at 12:07 to let me know that he was on his way to my home to replace the windshield ,and was done by 1:30, not only did he replace the windshield, but he cleaned all the windows, dusted the dash and vacuumed the front compartment. Excellent and affordable!

Several friends recommended Windshield Factory, so i called to inquire about windshield repairs. They are reasonable price and do excellent work. Al did exactly what he said he would do. He called and let me know when he was on his way. When he arrived he also let me know he was on location and ready to do the repair. I would highly recommend Windshield Factory.
