I had taken my windshield to a nation wide glass company locally and they repaired the windshield. well it leaked constantly after they did and I took it back, they said they fixed it but it still leaked. a friend suggested I try nebraska auto glass since he and his family have always gone there with there cars. I stopped in and they took a look, they found the problem. wasn't good at all, the front windshield had to be removed and completely re-done because it wasn't installed correctly and that was done by a nation wide company!! that company even scratched my paint where I couldn't see it and already could see rust starting there. Nebraska auto glass got my car right in and took care of the damage the nation wide company did. the nation wide company came to my house to do it and the guys at Nebraska auto glass showed me why you should never have newer cars repaired at home or work. HAVE TO need to take them to a shop to get the job done right the first time. the nation wide company told me no problem they can do it where ever but now they cost me more money and a lot more time and re-fused to fix the problem a 3rd time! should have went to Nebraska auto glass the first time!!

Very nice and professional service. Their prices are very comparable to other glass repair places. My son's car needed a new windshield and I called and got a quote and they made sure to mention the coupon that was available online. When we picked up the car my son had some wipers with him that he was going to replace later and they installed them for him without us even asking. We happened to have the windshield replaced on a rainy day so it really got tested the first night and in the morning everything was nice and dry! I highly recommend this shop.

I learned the hard way I should have gone to NE Auto Glass the first time. Another local company resealed the windshield on my old Toyota. After the first rain I noticed it was leaking again, and after further inspection, realized the windshield gasket had not been installed properly. I swung by and met with Brian and was really impressed with their ability to get me in the same day and get it taken care of. On top of that, their prices are extremely reasonable. They took care to make sure the correct glass was obtained (they were able to get it from Omaha the next day). The two guys who owned the place and worked there were friendly. The work was completed on schedule. No damage to the car (full replacement of the front windscreen). Everything is still great a few weeks out. If someone who’s fully trained and good at repairing lacing auto glass is looking for a good place to work, they should reach out to the owners.

After spending a wonderful long weekend with family in Lincoln, NE our window regulator decided to give out. Called NAG and Brian was super nice & helpful. Bonus...we met the owners Dad and he's from our home state of SD! We live in Hill City SD and he's from Wall SD. What a small world. Wonderful people! We had Nebraska Auto Glass put a window I our car a few months ago. We thought they did a great job, that was until it started raining. The window leaked water from the top down onto the headliner. We took the car back for them yo check it out. They said they couldn't find any leak but they glued around the window again. The leak seems to be gone but they wouldn't clean the water stained headliner.

I unfortunately became the unwilling recipient of a windshield rock chip today. I called the shop, and was told to bring the car by at any time. Brian performed the repair, lasting about 30 min.
