I got my windshield replaced here, and I can't recommend them highly enough! Not only was it the best price, but their scheduler was so friendly and easy to work with, and the guys truly went above and beyond. I was the nightmare customer who locked her keys in her car, and they helped me retrieve them AND helped me replace the battery in my key fob (including making a run to the store for me!). I felt super embarrassed, but they were just nice and patient and helpful the whole time and didn't make me feel silly or like a burden—which is NOT always my experience around cars as a young woman. Just super happy with them and would absolutely send anyone there. Had a windshield replaced in my semi which ended up leaking and caused over $6,000 worth of electrical damage. At first the owner and/or manager didn't want to stand behind the work but ended up submitting it to his insurance. However, the insurance has ghosted me since. I have submitted the information they wanted but now they will not return calls or emails. It has been months. The employees even acknowledged the leak and fixed it. I have given them every chance to make it right. I'm sure this was a freak occurrence, but to not stand behind it and make it right... I would have given it zero stars if that were an option.

Great working with lowers prices without waiting time for order I had broken glass for sliding door for my mini van I went to the capital auto glass they were so friendly and they gave me a lower price that I never got before from other glass services I replaced the glass about $180 with labour and tax included while the other services asked for $200 at least before tax The time of replacement was about an hour with life guaranty for work I advise everyone to go to them. Capital Auto Glass did amazing on my International Prostar...They got me in right away. All the staff were very courteous and friendly. The guy who did the repair was very informative and did an excellent job on my windshield can’t even tell there use to be two rock chips...they were big ones too! The best part about this place they were $110.00 cheaper than Safelite. Definitely recommend these guys and if there is a next time this is where I will be going. Thanks again!

Great service, affordable and friendly!! We were traveling across the country when we got a huge chip in our windshield, just west of Ogalala. We searched from Ogalala to Lincoln to find someone willing to fix a chip for an affordable price. Capital Auto Glass took care of us so we didn't have to worry about the windshield splitting. What a great relief and we greatly appreciate them! We highly recommend these guys for your windshield service!!!

Needed to replace the rear window in my Dodge Caliber. Insurance and another company wanted almost $400. Capital was recommended to me by a work friend. I called late Friday afternoon and they got me in Monday morning. When I dropped my car off, I couldn't get an Uber or Lyft home (nobody was out). He had one of his techs give me a ride to my house since it was on the way to his job. Super reasonable prices. Outstanding customer service!!

Very happy with my windshield replacement! The technicians were knowledgeable and polite! The process was fairly smooth and trouble free. They didn't communicate after the appointment was scheduled, and it never really said whether or not it was booked, but they replied to my emails quickly. Once everything was settled, I couldn't be happier with the whole process! If I ever need new glass again, I will be returning to Capital Auto Glass.

A storm blew through town a few weeks before school started and shattered several windows on the bus, we use to transport school-age children to and from school. Capital Auto Glass came out promptly to assess the damage, determined they could help, and replaced our windows quickly. Our bus was up and running by the time school started. They were great to work with; I would recommend them to anyone considering working with them.

I called and got my car in within minutes to fill a hole on my windshield which was caused by a flying rock on the interstate. EXCELLENT customer service & I was out within 20 minutes. Capital Auto Glass was awesome! He had the best price in town and was able to get me in and out within the same day. I drive a Fiat which isn't real common around here so I was impressed that he was able to get the windshield and install it all in 1 day. Very friendly and very professional! Would definitely recommend and we will certainly go back if needed.
