Earl's AutoGlass

I noticed a chip in my windshield that was starting to spider out. I called Earl's Auto Glass & they got me right in. The service was expedient, but not rushed & they were so friendly. They made accommodations for my disability, which they offered without me having to ask. The repair job was so good that I can't even tell where the chip was. Unfortunately, I've had to have a lot of windshield chips repaired in the past but this is the first time that I'm unable to find where the repair was done! Oh! I almost forgot to mention the price! As I said, I've had to do this many times before so I had a round about idea of what the price should be, but totally forgot to ask their price. Furthermore, I expected the price to be higher since inflation has skyrocketed since the last time I had to have my windshield repaired. When the service was completed, they told me the cost & I was shocked when it was so much less than I was used to paying! I'm one happy customer, from the initial contact to the very end of the job! Absolutely horrible job. Came in to do a windshield and tint job and they left it worse. Had to come back 3 times to redo the tint and they still refused to give me a refund when I could’ve just went with a real tint shop instead of this joke. Claim they fell short but if I had to come back 3 times to do a job that’s not just falling short. Seriously don’t waste your time every person that I know who has gone for a simple tint and windshield repair have all complained about how they do their work. Update: turns out they couldn’t even put back together the box behind my rear view mirror where my sensors are in. Another reason why it’s such a pathetic place to take your vehicle for any work. While I was home over Hay Days my brother, John put Aquapel on my windshield. That stuff is great. It repels rain and snow which I really needed on the way home from Deadwood the other night. I didn't need my wipers as much as I usually would have. This place is top notch for customer service. I scheduled a window tint on my car, and didn’t want to inconvenience my daughter for a ride. Earls made it work. Not only does my car look amazing, they went above and beyond getting me back and forth. Strongly recommend!!

Do not recommend this place. Had them install a windshield and they left it leaking water inside and when I went to ask if they could redo it they told me no. Everyone that has gone to this place receive bad service. Disappointed.

Tinting on my Grand Caravan is amazing! Staff is friendly, price is reasonable. Didn't care for the fact that I got a windshield with a rain sensor and my van doesn't have one, but apparently it was the only model available.

Got us in quickly. Went above and beyond to help us out and got my sons widow replaced right away. Fair pricing, nice people. Have used before and will use again. Highly recommended.

So grateful for these guys! We got caught in a hail storm that busted out our sunroof. They helped us clean up the mess and covered it with plastic so we could get back home safely.
