Elijah was 5 stars, his management/office on the other hand, zero stars. Management had no communication when rescheduling appointment at the end of the service window. Safelite corporate couldn't even reach this particular office management either. Not Elijah's issue, he was great. Expect better communication from his management- also while performing the scheduled work, I asked about a chip fill, management offered no discounts and double-dipped charging the "come to you charge" even though both work orders at same location.

Elijah was the tech that came to our house to work on my son's vehicle. He communicated throughout the morning to provide us with an ETA for when he would be showing up, he was ahead of schedule and asked if it would be okay to begin early and if it worked with our schedule. When he got here, he assessed the vehicle and gave a timeframe for how long it would take to fix the windshield. He completed in that timeframe, was very pleasant and easy to work with. Thank you to Elijah for the quick work and great customer service!

I got two pits put in my windshield at 7am in the morning. By noon they were fixed. I was out of town on business, and i looked up Safelite and found a location in a neighboring town, and set up my appointment online, and they responded in less than half an hour, and got me all taken care of. The tech that showed up was very nice and went far and beyond anything i could of expected. I would highly recommend them to anyone who needs repairs or replacements for their auto windows.

I priced having my windshield replaced at two local shops then got online with safe lite and couldn’t believe that they came to my home within two days of my scheduling and replaced my windshield for $260. Less than the local shops. It was so fast and convent and so reasonably priced! I didn’t have to wait 5 hours at a shop. The tech was so wonderful did an excellent job and was very personable and kind! The connivance, price, and quantity of work is unbeatable!

Called the 800 # and they told me there was no mobile apps in my area...they would come to a place that was 50 miles away, but not 30 miles away. I think I personnel should be versed in the areas they serve, and be able to provide service by looking at a map. Losing business by not knowing demographics.

Technician Russ broke the molding on my mother's van and has not returned to repair it. He stated he had the part when he was called a month ago but has not been out to repair it and has not called back. Please make the repair or refund the money we spent on the windshield.

Ryan, my tech was great! I took my F250 in to have the broken back window replaced. Ryan was very polite and quick with the work! He left the inside of my vehicle cleaner than it was when I brought it in. The window looks great! Would recommend Ryan to anyone!

Windshield was not installed properly. After 3 attempts of trying to calibrate the windshield (they tried 2 different windshields)I had to take it to the dealership to have it reinstalled and callibrated.
