Horrible!!! I own a Chevy Colorado that had some body work done at S&S Auto Body located in Hamilton. All Valley Auto Glass installed the rear glass w/sliding window. The rear defrost cable was left hanging out and the slider was very loose in the track. Also, the exterior weather strip does not fit properly. When I pointed these issues out to the auto glass installer, he became very defensive and verbally abusive. He tried to convince me that these issues were '"normal". When I disagreed he became more verbally abusive to the point of cursing. Twice he walked away from me. When he came back to me the third time I was certain a physical altercation was imminent. While it never happened, the verbal abuse continued. I told him that I would take the matter up with S&S as well as the insurance company. A completely unprofessional company. Fortunately enough, the whole encounter was recorded. STAY AWAY!!

All Valley Auto Glass provides top level service and they make it very clear that they stand behind their work. From a rock chip seal to a new windshield, we've received consistent professional service at a great price. They take the time to make sure they transfer the oil change information, and they even reapply adhesive to our remote start antenna. All of these little things that you don't realize go into changing a windshield are done seamlessly for you. I would strongly recommend All Valley Auto Glass to anyone from a single vehicle with a rock chip to a full fleet of vehicles. They're the best we've ever had in the valley!

I have had two of my cars worked on just this week and have had nothing but 5 star service. They are on time and the price of their services have been very reasonable. I had a windshield replaced due to a crack and a chip repair on a different vehicle. They were ready when they said they would be and even went above and beyond and dropped off one vehicle at my daughters place of work (nearby) just to help us out. Penny is great at scheduling and making sure they have the glass/windshield needed in a timely fashion.

I have used All Valley Auto Glass for every windshield I’ve needed replaced over the last 10 years (probably even more). I’ve had at least 20 windshields done by them. I refer them to everyone! I have never had anything but good experiences. They are fast, responsive, professional, and consistently do an excellent job. I just can’t recommend them enough. Thanks Matt and Penny! Never expected same day service but it worked out that way the installer was fast professional and courteous helped turn a unfortunate incident into a positive one(locked myself out and had to break the glass to retrieve my keys) but with Matt’s positive attitude and Witt made my mistake a much more bearable thanks again MattPositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism, Value

Fantastic customer service. A windshield in my car fell out after it was installed by another company. They were able to get my car in the next day for emergency service. Got my windshield replaced by Matt a few years ago at my place of work. Recently, what I thought was my rear window leaking, it was my third brake light. Matt was willing and flexible with my schedule to help me test it out to make sure it wasn't my rear window needing repair. Matt and his wife are great to work with!
