I chose Caliber after my windshield cracked from a rock that hit my car on hwy 44 coming home from a Cards game. It’s a really new car and i was concerned about what was involved with replacing it and recalibrating it. Caliber was one of several glass companies suggested by my insurance company. I chose Caliber based on other reviews that were really positive and everyone was highly satisfied with the work. I can now add my review too. The service was stellar. I work a lot and it was great that i got updates about my appt as texts. I was also really impressed that they were able to come to me! I fully expected to have to drive to their shop which would have been fine. But coming to my house made this repair effortless on my part and i really appreciate that. Jake was the technician who handled my repair and he was wonderful. Arrived on time. Put me at ease. Completed the work in the estimated time and explained everything. I will definitely go to Caliber in the future and will recommend them to everyone i know!

I used caliber auto glass for a State Farm insurance claim to replace my rear window of my vehicle. After they replaced the rear window, they left hundreds of glass shards within my car that they half assed cleaned out. I had to call them multiple times to get anybody to return my call and acknowledge the fact that they didn’t do the window properly the first time. They finally came back out to try to make it right and basically all they did this time was clean up a little bit more of the glass, but there is still glass within portions of my trunk. After multiple further calls and texts they decided that they are going to ice me and no longer return those calls or texts. Now I am back to square one with State Farm trying to make this right. I would never use caliber auto glass and I highly recommend you don’t waste your time with them either. Their customer service is horrendous. Their general manager is a loser, and the guy that did the work on my car is an amateur.

I took my car in for a windshield replacement, they changed the location the night before, broke a part, said the replacement would be there in a day or two, I had to contact them 6 days later to ask the status, they didn't call me back. I called the next day and they had forgotten to order the part and had forgotten that my car was there. In addition, in the middle of all this, they called to see WHY my car was still there because the auto body people and the glass people don't communicate with each other. Summary - it took eight days to get a windshield replacement. My insurance tried to push another company but I wanted to go with Caliber because I had done body work there before (totally satisfied) , I regret that.

Professional and courteous office and field staff. The repair method of the rock chip seemed suspicious. When I asked about the repair method, specifically about drilling the chip prior to filling, the response is that the process is not done any longer. Not sure if vacuum or suction to draw of force the sealant into the chip was used. Lastly, I asked if a UV light was still used to cure the sealant. Reply was the company won’t provide one and the sun will cure it. It was done on a winter overcast day with no sun in sight. At best, I could have bought a repair kit and done the same thing and saved a claim with my insurance carrier. Disappointed.

After booking an appointment with this company and paying them in advance they failed to show, and failed to communicate a request to reschedule. I called them to ask if someone was going to show up for this appointment, and I was only told then they needed to reschedule. I was told the next day or the following was available. Upon getting home and calling back to reschedule for the next day, I was told not available and it had to be pushed out to two days later, leaving me without the use of the vehicle until then. I’m sure they are a decent company and probably do good work, but this was a shite experience.

Bad communications. Last technician stopped installation since wrong windshield was sent and damaged things (broken clips and scratches to paint) which he did not disclose that was not found until the correct windshield was installed by the new technician. Was on hold trying to explain the situation and no one ever contacted me back from the company. Brand new car which is very upsetting. Caliber needs to talk to me to get this resolved. Im the customer, I’m not theirs. The second tech was good.

We used Caliber Auto Glass to replace the windshield and back window in my daughter’s car after a hail storm came through. Caliber was quick to respond and complete the replacements. They did forget to plug the rear defrost and the windshield washer hose back in. But they came right out and took care of both of those items quickly when I called and with zero hassle. Customer service was very friendly. I would definitely use them again and recommend them.

My wife and I scheduled a windshield replacement and I took off work to be home for the install…. No one showed up and when I called, they said no one ordered our part, so they took us off the schedule, without any phone call or notification!!! I felt uneasy when talking to the rep when I made the appointment! She just sounded like she was unsure and didn’t know what she was doing!! Please, don’t ever do business with this company, ever!!!!
