SuperGlass Windshield Repair

Update for July 2020. Had Dave look at another truck of mine that had 2 bad chips. Was told that it needs a windshield by others but he repaired them and they look great. One had some legs coming off of the chip but now I can barely see it. Great company and friendly, knowledgeable service. Great results. I had a chip in my windshield that Dave with SuperGlass fixed about 5 years ago and to this day, it has not failed. It took a giant chip down to a very small spec that you have to look hard to find. I have heard from a lot of people about how glass repairs have failed but this one is still holding up strong. I’m glad that I went with them. Will use again and recommend in the future.

Dave went above and beyond to get me on his schedule; I'm always on the go, making it a challenge to meet at home/work. He wanted to get the repair done before the upcoming forecast of cold rain, so he kept in touch to update me on his availability that day, and literally we were able to meet within 20 minutes of that call - the repair was done quickly and perfectly, and I was able to get on my way again! Thank you, Dave, for your excellent customer service! BTW, good to know that SuperGlass only does repairs, not replacements, which means they want to do the job right the first time! (other glass companies get more $ from insurance if they end up having to replace the windshield)

Dave did a great job on the repair of the windshield on my new (to me) truck. The rock damage was about the size of a quarter, just like the first picture on his site. I got this massive chip as I was driving home from buying the truck, and now it is gone. Amazing! He responded quickly (15 min) to my message, and came over the next morning to do the repair. He is very professional, yet personable, and you can tell he really cares about his repairs and business. Dave with Super Glass did an amazing job on my windshield repair. First, he was the only person who educated me on the process of utilizing my insurance to the fullest versus paying out of pocket. Second, they also happened to be the most affordable in town. Last, the customer service was OUTSTANDING. Not only did he educate me on the process, he also contacted my insurance for me, and even wished me luck on planning my upcoming wedding. I had a circular crack in my windshield from a rock and Superglass was the only place I spoke with that was willing to help me for under $100. They were very prompt in scheduling me in. He came to my home to fix the crack and helped me with my insurance claim. I was originally told by my insurance that I did not meet my deductible to get it covered. However, when he came to fix my windshield he told me it would be covered and called and filed the claim for me. He was so helpful and I am very grateful for all his help. I would recommend Superglass to anyone with a windshield crack who wants quality service.

David from Superglass arrived today, on time, as promised, and repaired the windshield on my 2013 Toyota Avalon. He took the time to explain the work he was going to perform and also explained what would be the results of the repair -- which were exactly as he explained. The work was performed in a timely manner and professionally. I am so impressed with this company that I have included their phone number in my address book for easy access if I should ever need their services again. In general, excellent work, friendly service, and very affordable.

My windshield chipped on the way into work and I was very concerned about it spreading with how cold it was. Not only was Dave able to get me in the SAME DAY, he worked with me to help navigate the insurance questions I had (my chip was fully covered by my insurance company), and he was able to fix the chip at my work location in less than 30 minutes. By far this is the BEST service I have received for windshield repairs. I was offered an appointment within just a few days from calling. I ended up incorrectly scheduling this on my end and missed my appointment, yet despite this Dave was gracious enough to get me rescheduled right away. He was quick to get back with me on coordinating logistics the day of and upon arrival he moved swiftly and expertly to repair the chip in my driver’s side windshield.
