I usually don't write reviews, but I wanted to let everyone know that PRISM Auto Glass is THE BEST!! If you're needing auto glass, & want a reasonably priced, hassle free transaction, with great quality work, look no further! I want to save everyone the time & headache like we had, of wondering who they can trust to do the job professionally, reasonably priced, that's dependable, prompt, & provides excellent service. I highly recommend PRISM! There is a very good reason why they have an ALL 5 Star rating on here from all their customers. My husband had first called a very well-known glass company that advertises on Tv. He told her that it would be Self pay (not through insurance), so we needed to go the cheapest route possible.. & after answering a bajillion questions she had, she proceeded to tell him the high price quote, & was trying to schedule him for that next week. He kindly told her that we couldn't afford that much right now, & that he'd get back with her. She then quickly dropped the price, by saying that she could "remove" the cost of the new wiper blades.. Wiper blades?? What?? Who asked for wiper blades?? Not us! (That doesn't sound like the cheapest route possible to me).. At that point, he asked her exactly what all was being charged in that quote, & she named off a $40 "recycling/disposal fee".. He told her that he would dispose of the windshield himself, so she could remove that fee as well. She then said she could NOT remove it, because it was Government mandated! Which is not true, (as I found out later). Anyhow, she was like dealing with a pushy used car salesman throughout the call, so my husband finally just ended the call. No thanks! I then Googled Auto glass companies, called a couple, 1 didn't even answer their phone, & we got a quote from another.. But then I found PRISM! Thank GOD!! John answered the call, asked me the pertinent info of the vehicle, gave me a price, with no hidden fees, no added fees, & no Gov't disposal fees, and no "Pushy sales pitch!" He was very nice & accommodating & since it was a very reasonable quote, I asked him about replacing the windshield on our other car as well, as there was a crack that had gotten bigger over the years, so he gave me a quote on it, & even gave a little discount for doing both of them on the same day. So we hired him to do both! He said he could do it the next day (Saturday), as he purposely had not scheduled anything for the weekend, as it was supposed to rain. So we were blessed, & he was able to get them installed the very next day before the rain came! Thank you so much John! We appreciate you & your company! 5 Stars all the way!! I will recommend you to everyone!!

This my 3rd time using Safelite services. Once for a repair, which they did at my workplace and now twice for windshield replacements. It's been perfect each and every time. Highly recommend. PS - I do recommend going through your insurance agent first... it was MLK Jr Day so I called Safelite first to file the claim. It got a little confusing and State Farm didn't really help at all since I filed the claim online. I had to do all the work myself. Thanks Safelite for making it easy to do!
