O'Toole Auto Glass

I called O'Toole Auto Glass when my windshield cracked on my almost new car. They were responsive and helpful. They came out to replace my windshield but the glass they received was not for my model car. Ron let me know right away that the glass was wrong and put everything on my car back in place. The company was able, after about a week, to get the correct glass. They were able to come out the following day and replace my windshield. Ron was helpful and professional.

The worst service ever! I had them come to my address and repair it! Ron, the glass repair technician came & replaced my front windshield but didn’t put my dash board back in place! He broke the center of the dash into pieces, and left it like that! I called the owner about it, & they refused to correct the damage they’ve done! The whole thing was shady, & the guy, Ron, was very sketchy about keeping his appointment with me! HORRIBLE SERVICE & it doesn’t even deserve 1 star, but that’s the only option I had to write a review! I’ll also report them to the BBB!

I recently purchased a new truck and within two weeks of purchase, my windshield chipped. After having another company ()not O'Toole) check the chip for repairs, the chip had turned into a crack about 18 inches across and could no longer be repaired. After calling about 15-20 different shops within the area, about half gave a quote for both replacing and recalibrating the windshield. Of those 9-10, O'Toole was in the middle of the price range but had the quickest available appointment (within two business days of my initial call). The price was firm, the install was quicker than initially advised and the windshield has not leaked or have any other issue since the work was completed about three weeks ago and we have had a lot of rain since then. This company was suggested by a friend and I will gladly suggest them to anyone who has windshield issues in the future. I usually don’t leave reviews, but the service my daughter and I received from O’Toole Glass was exceptional. My daughter’s passenger side window was broken. I called around and no one could get the car in, or wanted the car left with them for a week. O’Toole was the only one who got her right in, determined the problem, and ordered the part. The part was back ordered, so the window was temporarily repaired to stay up. As soon as the part came in, they got her in for the fix. The price was reasonable and the man who fixed the window, I can’t recall his name (his wife owns the business) was polite and professional. I highly recommend!

I recently had my windshield replaced by O'Toole Auto Glass and they were top notch! Quick process, I called them on a Thursday, they were able to get me in for a Monday appointment. I dropped my truck off on Sunday night, got a call Monday at noon saying it was ready to go. They did a fantastic job, very clean, looks like it came from the factory. Wonderful customer service! Polite and professional every time we spoke. They have a drop box that allowed me to drop off my car/key the night before the repair. THEN, they also have a secured box for each customer to come pick up their key after the repair was finished. This meant I didn’t have to rearrange my schedule for this repair. They also handled all the paperwork with my insurance and a lifetime warranty on the workmanship of the windshield.

Super fast service and great customer service. When I called, they were very helpful getting my claim processed through my insurance and got me in quickly. Then when my husband was on his way to take my car in to have the windshield replaced, he got a flat tire and was running late. O'Toole was recommended by my insurance agent for a windshield replacement, and I was absolutely delighted by their friendliness (both the office and the glass installer), professionalism, promptness, and fantastic overall service! They even put in the insurance claim on my behalf, making my experience even easier and less stressful. Mobile installation service is very much appreciated as well. Highly recommended!

They showed up in a timely fashion with advanced call as promised. Took care of my windshield and cleaned up the area. Answered the few questions I had and were out inside of an hour. Took care of little details like putting inspection sticker back in and wiped all areas down. Wore gloves etc. Highly recommend. Awesome service. Got my windshield changed out the day I called. The windshield was the exact one needed and Ron and his partner did a very efficient job with the removal and replacement. Back on the road in less that 2 hours. Ron Foster was very professional and courteous. Ron pointed out what he was going to do and was very knowledgeable.
