HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! SUPER FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL AT A PRICE YOU CANT BEAT!! I get extremely anxious taking my car for any kind of work as a woman due to how common it is to get overcharged and talked down to, but this place really went above and beyond and made everything extremely easy! My car got hit incredibly bad with hail recently, which busted my whole windshield, and they had the car cleaned out and the windshield replaced within the same day I reached out! They have an option to text rather than call which was very handy, and you speak to a real person which is so refreshing. The person I spoke to was extremely prompt, helpful, and kind. They answered all of my questions and offered guidance on next steps for my sunroof as they were not able to fix mine (unsure if they don't do sunroofs as a whole or if it was just mine due to being aftermarket and discontinued) and made sure to Collision Wrap it to keep the water out until i can get it fixed. When my car arrived late to drop off they assured me it was no issue and that they would stay late to make sure I can drive my car home same day which was really amazing of them! On top of that all they did it all for about $100 less than every other shop I called in town, with no hidden fees at all, the price they quoted included taxes and fees and they didn't change the price on me when I came to pick up. Overall they were seriously the nicest people and made an extremely stressful situation smooth sailing. I will definitely be a return customer if I ever need anything done that they are able to do!

I could have called that company with the jingle that everyone knows, but I like looking for and supporting the local businesses. I'm so glad I reached out to Cars Renewed. Had a small rock chip in my windshield and I wanted to get it filled quickly to avoid futher damage (trying to save my windshield on my newer car that has sensors/front cameras in it). Entered my info on their website for a quote and in less than 30 min I had a text with pricing and information. I made an appointment very easily by texting back and forth with the team. They had me on the books the next day! The price was VERY reasonable, and they were true to their word that they would have it done in 20-30 minutes. (I was in and out of the facility in 25 min, with time to grab some lunch on the way back to work 👌) A clean and welcoming waiting area with a TV, drinks, snacks, and restroom available. Also, the staff was super friendly and had good conversation while I waited. Highly recommend, and will be referring family and friends here!

This place gave me a quote that was $250 cheaper than their competition and they scheduled me in right away. They also went above and beyond to fix a problem with my tailgate. Their facility was comfortable and clean. They had complementary drinks and snacks and also gave me the remote to a smart TV with hundreds of movies and shows to choose from. They were professional and polite. They were upfront with their scope of work and took extra time to explain and show me a problem with my tailgate, that they were able to fix at no extra charge. I contacted 4 companies after a rock on the highway chipped my front windshield and it started to spider immediately. They responded right away with the best price. Not a price that was ridiculously low, but in the ballpark of the other 3. I read reviews, and they are strong. I booked an appointment for 2 days later, and they stayed in touch with a 1-day later re-schedule because of the expected heavy St Louis snow & ice. They were ready & waiting as I arrived, finished the job quicker than expected and for the exact price quoted. The desk staff was helpful and friendly. There are free drinks & snacks in the waiting room. What more could you possibly want? Excellent through the whole process, highly recommended.

Was able to get me in within an hour of my call! I was provided a quote over the phone and upon taking a look at the chip he pulled my car into their shop and honored the price. While waiting, their waiting area is nice and clean with a tv for the guests to pass the short repair time. I chatted with the receptionist and she is just as friendly as the repair tech. I asked questions and the repair tech answered them honestly as well! I left happy and most importantly, with knowing the chip was repaired right!

I'd been dreading windshield replacement due to potential issues and high costs. After getting a quote under $1000 from another place, I found Cars Renewed, which was half the price and available the next day. Despite being a 30-minute drive, their excellent communication and positive attitude convinced me to make an appointment with them. I was having some issues with water getting inside my vehicle from the sunroof. Called with some questions in regards to the leak and was welcomed out the same day so that they could take a look and try to pinpoint my issue. Apollo was outstanding and did come to a conclusion. Very kind and informative. This will be my go to place for any repairs that I may ever need. 5 Stars!!

Great experience! They were able to quote me the total price before I made an appt which I couldn’t get with Safelite. Based on the quote I started getting from Safelite they were also the better price. Additionally, the were able to get me in the next day and they were able to calibrate the eyesight on my car for a minor cost compared to a dealership. Highly recommend.

The whole team was knowledgeable, kind and NOT condescending. They were able to fit me in quickly for a windshield replacement and talk me through the insurance claim process. I hope that my windshield doesn’t crack beyond repair again, but I know where I’ll go if it ever does. I would 100% recommend Cars Renewed tomorrow anyone needing auto glass services.
