Company is a joke. We set up an appointment to have our windshield replaced and gave all info needed. They asked if we had a rain sensor and explained we do not. The day of the appointment the tech texted us asking for a picture of the windshield and we complied and received no response. We followed up a few hours later asking if there was anything else needed still no response. The tech shows up 30 minutes after the scheduled window was closed and told me he didn’t have the correct part because we never sent the picture. (When exactly in customer service are you supposed to blame the customer?). I kindly explained that we did and never received a response. He explained to me the part that was missing was a condensation sensor and they would be in contact with us to set up a new appointment. Later in the day we got a voicemail from their office that said turns out you do have the rain sensor (again when are you supposed to blame the customer) and we’ve ordered the part and can get out their tomorrow. We did not return this call because at this point we are deciding if we want to continue with this company. This morning we get a call from the tech stating he would be out to fix the windshield. We explained we were concerned that you don’t have the correct part because the voicemail was again talking about rain sensors and he said I know it’s a condensation sensor not a rain sensor. We explained we had reservations due to what has already happened and he said alright you can have another company figure it out and hung up the phone. Between the mis communication in the field and with their offices and extremely poor customer service I would give less than 1 star if I could.

Horrible customer service. Spoke with them last week (they actually called me to confirm appointment), scheduled appointment for morning, today no knowledge of the conversation that I needed it done this morning. Almost a weeks notice! When I asked to know if they were going to get to me this morning, represented said... "Have a nice day" and hung up on me. WOW! Spoke with State Farm this morning to drop Auto Glass Fitters from their preferred vendor list. Beware if you choose this company. Going with Safelite.

Didn’t get the email to leave a review so I’ll go ahead and leave one on google. Very professional and the technician was awesome. Called me in the morning and I had to change locations and he didn’t give me any problems with it. Showed up on time and got the job done fast. Customer Service is extremely rude. Thankfully my installer did a great job, but the Rep I spoke with certainly lost any chance of referrals or repeat business. Also, Auto Glass Fitter did not mention that my Lane keeping system would need to be recalibrated until after I called and asked them because my car over-corrected and swerved on the highway. They took no responsibility and told me to contact my insurance company.

We had our car broken in at our hotel in O’Fallon, got a hold of this company right when they opened around 9 and was told someone would be out asap so we could continue our trip. It’s 2:30 pm, the company keeps saying they can’t get in touch with the tech each time we call and were finally just told to go with another company because they haven’t been able to get in contact with their tech all day.

The installer was excellent, 5 stars! The company did not return calls after insurance referral. I finally had to call them after 4 or 5 days. It was so convenient to have a technician come right to my house. He was prompt, friendly, and professional. From the first contact with the associate at the office to meeting the install tech, it was an easy and painless process. Plus, the tech finished installation in less than 30 minutes. Ballin'! I'd use Auto Glass Fitters again.

I had to take my car to the dealership to have my cameras calibrated after the windshield replacement. The tech had caused a loose connection on the camera, disconnected it from the bracket, and resulted in 6 hours of dealership repairs that I then had to pay out of pocket before being reimbursed from my insurance.NegativeQuality

Company’s vehicle leaked oil and transmission fluid on my drive way. Tried to call the company’s number, but a call center answering service always answers. Called to set an appointment for the next morning. They called and said they couldn't get there 'till 5 pm. They called 4:30 and said around 6 pm. Finally heard back from the installer around 9:20 that night ! This "company" is a joke ! I wouldn't let them put a window in my dog"s house !!!!!!!
