I appreciate the technician coming all the way out past Sullivan MO to perform the replacement I needed. Scheduling was no hassle, and they didn't charge until after the replacement was finished. The technician, CJ, was very professional, and made sure I knew proper after-care procedure, while still completing the replacement in about 40 minutes. Overall, very positive experience, and will be recommending to anyone I know who needs a windshield repaired or replaced.

They were supposed to come on the 10th. They were a no show when I called to ask when they would be arriving they said they misplaced my order ticket and could come the next day instead. Keep in mind I adjusted my entire day to be available . I had no choice but to schedule again for the next day. They did apologize. Not that it fixed the inconvenience. The next day the tech arrived and I asked if any adjustment in cost was made. He was very kind and polite and said he was not aware of any. I decided to call and see if any compensation was being made since I adjusted my day and they were a no show. The lady was rude and basically blamed me for rearranging my day since they travel to wherever I am, but keep in mind, they did not show up. Then she mentioned how cheap their prices were already Yada Yada Yada. No accountability, none. I was floored but by the grace of God kept my cool. Very disappointing experience. The technician was awesome. He was so kind and apologetic. Have not tested my car yet but hopefully he did a good job. Very nice man. I understand that errors happen but customer service was lacking here. 5$ off 10$ or maybe a coupon for a future service. Oh well lesson learned

This was a very unprofessional experience. First I made a appointment for a Wednesday after 4 and then they didn’t show up. The next day I got a call that all the sudden they were coming. When they showed up they brought the wrong glass after the woman on the phone confirmed what glass I needed. I had to wait another week to get my windshield installed. The installers were very nice and got they job done well. The worst part of this whole thing is that when I called to pay the woman named Donna she had me on hold then when she got off it she said hello and I responded and she got very rude saying “are you going to pay me?!” Then I was shocked and said yes even though she didn’t ask for any information. She proceeded to be rude and say “are you gonna give me your card numbers” this was very rude and unprofessional.with all the mistakes they made in there part and then to be majorly rude on the phone made this experience way worse then it had to be

I called and called their primary phone number and it was always busy. Wife had to look up a secondary number for them to answer. I was told tech would be there between 1pm and 4pm on Friday to complete repair, at 4:58pm I called back and the receptionist acted as if she had no idea who I was or anything about my claim. I explained I had to go to physical therapy @ 5pm and couldn't be at home any longer waiting. She said they'd just cancel and show up Monday, I tried explaining I was leaving town for work but they just didn't see to care. I am canceling the authorization through my insurance and having it as signed to a different provider and will never do business with them again. Poor customer service, no follow through, and very unprofessional in how they interacted with me. Plenty of other glass companies in the area and no need to settle for one who clearly doesn't want the business.

Afforable is an understatement. I initally planned on Safelight coming out and replacing my windshield; I added one extra package and was quoted $428. So I was recommended by a family member to try King; for them to come out and replace my windshield I was quoted $204. Extremely happy in the price difference, I needed the job done a few days earlier and for my husband to go pickup our windshield and replace the windshield it only cost $145 total. Customer service was 110%! Any questions & concerns were explained; recommend to all.

The company was easy and convenient to schedule with. Prices and quality were exceptionally better than competitors. The company met in the location of my choosing for windshield repair. The service technician, Kane, was very efficient, thorough, polite, and informative. We were given clear instructions on aftercare post windshield installment. We had king come out and replace a window for our RAV4. We previously had some other company replace it and they broke a cosmetic part and we had a leak in the window. Kane explained and showed me why we were having the issues we were having. He did a great job and was very friendly. King Auto Glass replaced the windshield in my Nissan Frontier pickup two days after I called them. They came to my house and did all the work so I didn’t have to drive to their shop. They did an excellent job and at a very fair price. Other auto glass places never even returned my call. King auto glass never showed and when I called to see why they said rain. They should have called earlier as it had been raining. They did not try to reschedule as they should and installer was angry on phone when presented with questions. Got to pass on these guy in future other places are cheaper and more communicable.
