I called and left a message late Tuesday day evening My call was returned early Wednesday morning and although I worked until 4 o’clock and it would take me 30 minutes to get there the gentleman I spoke with which was the manager said he was happy to wait on me. I got there and was quickly escorted into the garage to where they started to evaluate my windshield rock chip. I was told that they would be able to fix it immediately.. While I was there I noticed that my front spoiler had been outlined the gentleman at the joining business came over and was quick to help me as well I really love the professionalism of both of these businessman they did not take advantage of a single elderly woman.. they actually took care of me I would highly recommend this place to anyone that is needing auto glass repair thank you for your kind service today. Premier was able to get me in on short notice (called at 10 and had my windshield getting replaced just before 3:30) with a cheaper price than anyone else I called in the metro area and they were able to get me out the door in about 20min while having to deal with an extremely unreasonable customer (was trying to blame them for damage he (or his family) did to his own windshield). I couldn’t have asked for a better experience, plus a lifetime warranty on the glass? It doesn’t get much better and was about half the cost of SafeLite. I would definitely recommend anyone I know to get their glass replaced here. The biggest bonus? I highly recommend Premier Glass of KC. Their prices are comparable to other highly reputable companies but their quality of work and customer service sets them above. Of course having a window replaced isn't fun. In my situation we needed their services due to a break-in. As frustrating as that was Premier Glass was amazing. Even though they were fully booked that day, they offered to house my car in their garage overnight and squeezed me in the next day. I was even running late to get my car up their and they stayed late to wait for me. Our new window looks great and I haven't even found a shard of glass in my car. I know it is difficult to get all the glass up so it is clear they really took their time. If I ever have a chipped windshield or broken window I would absolutely use Premier Glass again.

Was extremely impressed by the customer service and attention that I got from Premier Glass. I had originally called Safelite, but after being on hold for nearly ten minutes and having trouble getting their website to work, I found Premier Glass. The gal that I spoke to on the phone called my insurance claims department, and my agent a couple times to get this taken care of and keep me from having to do more than make the one phone call. She was extremely focused on helping me and it did not go unnoticed after my time waste with Safelite. The technician was also very friendly and knowledgeable and did a great job. Highly recommend this place!!

I had an awesome experience with Premier Glass of Kansas City. Called around 8 a.m. the service was done around 12:30 same day. The glass looked great and the person who fixed it was more than a pleasure to work with. I am recommending this place to family, friends, coworkers and whomever wants to read this. Pretty awesome, he drove to my place of work and the price did not reflect that; it should have had a fee to drive to my office. Cheapest out of all the shops, lifetime warrant. If the crack goes he will give me 100% refund and a deal on a new windshield. Give him a call - nothing to lose

Just got a windshield replaced from them, awesome service and a very reasonable price for great work. I had called around town, and found them with some good reviews. The lady I talked to on the phone was very polite, got me in that week and they even answered to questions I had on Facebook I forgot to ask on the phone. My boss asked me who I used, so he gave them a call as well. They just scheduled him right after mine. Tech came out and replaced both windshields in about an hour. No air leaks, water leaks, any type of issues. 100% would use again and recommend to friends and family.

I was 3 hours from home and called eight windshield repair places first thing that morning. I narrowed it down to Premier for a few reasons: 1. They were the best price for having a lifetime warranty. 2. The lady Cassidy fit me in even though they were already booked for the day. 3. They came to me for free. Overall, I was happy with this company from the person that answered the phone to the technician that vacuumed all the broken glass from my dash and interior. I would HIGHLY recommend this company!

I 110% recommend this company for auto replacement. They not only came out in the time they said they were quick and the workmanship was fantastic. He was able to order the windshield and get me in the next morning. Didn’t have to wait for them to start the replacement and only took 45 minutes.
