Max came out to repair a starburst chip in my windshield, and after 10 mins of work, the job was complete. You could still see a tiny chip in the very middle, but other than that, it looked great. I paid him for the repair plus a $25 tip. He not only told me multiple times, but my boyfriend as well, that if the repair didn’t hold and I needed a new windshield, the $125 I paid for the repair would be applied to the cost to replace the windshield. The next morning when I woke up, the windshield looked just like it had before they fixed it. The repair didn’t even hold for 24 hours. I called and texted Max repeatedly over the next two weeks, and he rejected and dodged all my calls. It’s been 3+ weeks now, and it’s very evident that he will not be returning my call. He took my payment plus tip for a job that didn’t last a day, and then refused to answer my calls regarding his “guarantee” that the money I paid would go towards the price of a windshield replacement if the repair didn’t work. I would not recommend this company to anyone and will share my experience on every platform possible to help others from being screwed over and taken advantage of. Got a quote after sending the VIN and pictures of an upfitted sprinter van for a glass and was referred by Byerly RV. The gentleman gave me a quick quote but when it came down to doing the work, backtracked on his quote and wanted more information. Which I clearly provided in our original communication. After getting the quote I took it to my GM and he asked me to go ahead with it. AFTER saying yes, I got questions and he told me it might be more which again, was no issue but since that communication, there has been ZERO communication back. I have asked 3 separate times. I am a new parts manager and have been made out to look so stupid by this company. Just say you can’t do it or rebid the job! That being said, we could have continued business but since this how can I trust what’s being said? I was able to call and get a quote right away on the phone. They were the mid-priced choice of the three locations I called at $245 (total) for a windshield replacement. I decided to go with SWAT because their reviews were much higher than the company offering the lowest quote. I called back several days later to schedule the appointment and they were able to come out for the repair the next day. They overestimated how quickly they could get here due to an unexpected delay in another repair. While this caused them to run about three hours later than their original ETA, they were excellent about communicating that delay to me by both calling and texting me updates. Once they arrived, the repair was done in about 30-40 minutes and looked great! The glass has settled beautifully over the last week. With quality work by respectful professionals, I recommend SWAT Autoglass without hesitation.

Scheduled for glass to be replaced. Given a lead time of 7-8 days. I called on the 9th, told it would be done by the end of the week. It hasn't been done and Max never contacted me. Quit playing police dress up and do your damn jobs. Edit: Here is Max's text to me in response. "Thanks for the great review. Sorry we have contracts will companies that pay our company much more than just one Camaro windshield. Reach out to safelite for your future glass needs Sorry for the inconvenience." This is what he thinks of his customers. Your lack of communication and professionalism is the problem, Max. Not that I can't appreciate people being busy. Edit # 2: Max won't stop messaging me. We have used them twice and had excellent service. They were professional over the phone, came out within a couple of days, and replaced our van windshield for less than other companies' estimates. Professional in person, and fast. That same van was in the dealership shop less than 2 months later for an engine replacement, and the windshield cracked along the bottom during that time; the dealership refused to take responsibility because we had no proof it wasn't cracked before they worked on it. I called SWAT to see if there was a warranty, and if not to have them replace it. They came out that same day and went above and beyond to satisfy the problem. I cannot recommend them enough. We have since gotten two minor cracks from rocks on each of our cars' windshields since and I plan to call them for repairs!

If I could give a zero I would!! We have been trying to get the windshield in our RV replaced. We 1st contacted Max at SWAT at the end of September. He stated he would have the windshield ordered and in by the end of November when we came home. It is now November 20th and he is no longer answering my phone calls or responding to my texts. He has been telling me the windshield has not come in but will be installed before we leave on the 29th. At this point I have no faith left and would not recommend SWAT for any windshield replacement. UPDATE! Even after this review, still no call, apology for leaving us hanging...nothing. This just shows you how little Max Fowler and SWAT value his customers or reputation. DO NOT CALL THEM FOR REPAIRS.

Max is amazing! He repaired a broken window in our truck while we were traveling. The vehicle was vandalized in a hotel parking lot the night before our flight. He is honest, completed work as promised - promptly the next day, he was extremely easy to work with, and the kind of person you hope everyone would be. In our time of distress he came to our rescue for which we were extremely grateful. The quote Max gave us was the final bill amount which was not presented until the work was complete. He sent pictures of the work prior to asking for payment. We were able to enjoy our trip without further worry of vandalism and/or the spring rainy weather damaging the interior of our vehicle. Max was a lifesaver!!!

We needed a new front windshield in our class A motorhome, after a week-long search for a glass company to work on it we stumbled upon swat autoglass. Max gave a quick quote within hours and had the new windshield ordered and installed in a little over a weeks time from initially talking to him. This may sound like a long time but in the rv world this was lighting fast. Work was done at my site at my availability and they where great conversation while the install was done. Very proffesional and I learned a few things about taking care of rv glass. In the new world of lack of pride companies swat reminded me of the way buisness should be done with pride and care. Thank you max.

Called for a quote for a new windshield and they came out earlier than I expected. They were right on time to the appointment, started working right away and was finished and out in less than 30 minutes. No extra fees or charges, just paid what I was quoted and it was best price I could find with reviews like theirs. It's been about 6 days and rained for the first time yesterday and no issues at all. I called to get my windshield replaced. Max said yes he could do it the next day I informed him that state farm would be calling him to get him the information. Tried calling later that afternoon to see if max had talked to state farm but he did not answer and his mailbox was full. The next day I tried to call again to see if they were still able to come out and replace my windshield. Once again no answer and unable to leave a voice mail. Max did finally respond 3 days later in a text. This company came recommended from a friend. I would not suggest using them.
