Heartland Auto Glass

Have used Heartland Auto Glass a few times now and have had nothing but exceptional service. Paul & Ethan are super easy to work with and are very knowledgeable. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service and competitive pricing. I had my windshield replaced and necessary calibration done at my home. Outstanding service from the initial phone call to completion. They even FaceTime me so I could show them the windshield to make sure that we were getting the right one. They came in early to get us taken care of if I could give them 10 stars I would.

To start out, it was a great experience! Helped me with my recall for parts needed for my vehicle that were related to my windshield, that was cracked. Fast forward to the first rain after. Kept hearing a thud when my wiper blades came down. Thought my wiper blades just needed adjusting. No. Some linkage was broken. Called heartland and they said bring it in. Great! Brought it in and they told us it was like that when we brought it in. Well I’m pretty sure I didn’t hear that thud before, but um, ok! And if that was an issue that you noticed when it was brought in, I’m curious as to why it wasn’t brought to our attention when we picked the suv up. Told us a price and we said nope, we’re good. Now we’re out extra. But it’s fine. Thanks for fixing my windshield and not putting my stickers back on or giving them to me when I got my car back. Oh and the black glue that was on my window that took forever to get off.

After calling several places for quotes to replace the windshield on my 2020 Subaru Forester, we asked the dealership we bought who they recommended. They gave us a card for Heartland Auto Glass! I called and was given a quote immediately, much more reasonable than the outrageous quotes I had recieved and they even do the calibration for camera systems! I dropped my car off the next day and it was ready within 2 hours! Happy with the quality and speed, staff knowledge, and the reasonable pricing! Will be using for my future glass needs.
