I don't usually put up reviews but these guys are totally worth the time. D & D came recommended from my car dealer and are fantastic from initial phone call to quickly finding the exact glass for my somewhat rare car (not so easy with this ride), to ordering it and getting it in at least a couple days ahead of expected (thanks for perfect communication, Dennis), to performing a great, fast windshield install with utmost courtesy, professionalism and yeah, even humor (thanks, Nathan and Chad). PLUS they did not gouge me on price. D & D Auto Glass is A1 in my book; I've already told a friend to use them and will continue to tell others at every opportunity. Five stars all the way.

These guys are truly my hero. I was in Des Moines during the freak hail storm that damaged thousands of cars in a matter of minutes. SafeLite was booked up for the next month. I called Don and he was able to get me in the books immediately. I mentioned that my sunroof was damaged- he was able to find and install a new sunroof for me less than a week later. Didn't even get a quote. Explained the year make and model then told me wasn't interested in dealing with it. Yes your buisness your choice but just unprofessional in my opinion. Not even a explanation just a nope not interested. -Update- they're actually quite professional. I didn't realize they don't deal with older vehicles and after clarifying that to me I understand, an appreciate that they were honest and upfront about not being able to do it. Instead of telling me to bring it in and waist a bunch of time and money. Would definitely recommend!

AMAZING place I'm not gunna state how much I paid out of respect but let's just say I paid 100 less than anyone I quoted and about 300 less than safelite at least for my window have nothing but great things to say they came out to my job didn't try to upcharge I called the day before and they came out at 12pm the installer was nothing but nice actually helped clean out the broken glass out and he fixed my panel for my windows I pray I don't have to use their services anymore lol but if I have any other issues I for sure know who to call

My car got broken into. I was so sad, mad and lost on what to do. I got referred to AutoGlass. The owner instantly responded to me and set me up for the afternoon. His son Nathan and his collegue showed up earlier than expected and got me taken care of. God forbid something like that happens again but I know who to go to next time. I definitely will refer out to them for anyone. Thank you guys for all your hardwork!

Donny was awesome. Answered the phone every time I called, came out the very next day. Did an awesome job installing 3 side glass and the both the front and rear windshields. The two gentlemen came to our residence with their mobile (van) workshop. They were friendly professional, and true Gentlemen. They did the work up into the evening hours under an umbrella in the cold and snow, even. I can’t recommend or commend them enough.
