Auto Glass Now

I was impressed by the outstanding customer service.I was also impressed with the reasonable pricing for the work. But on the other hand after I was in a hurry. I didn't look at the seams on the outside of my windshield either side were in the flush position and I had to make contact with the store. They were prompt to get me an appointment to fix any issues. So I will update my review after they take care of the matter with my windshield. But would have gotten 5 stars if this hadn't happened.

I don't think I would go back here. Apparently they don't calibrate here if your car needs it, but they also don't know which cars need it ahead of time. My wife had an appointment. Drove there and the windshield was shattered upon arrival. They gave us a discount on install for the inconvenience. However, that's where the trouble just started. After that, it was back and forth with them for a week or two in regards to our Auto Defrost sensor. It still doesn't work now that the glass has been replaced. They tried replacing the sensor and glass, but wish there was more communication up front about calibration that would be needed for cars. Install of the windshield was great, but going back and forth and about 4-5 drives there was more than needed to figure this out. The answer we received is it probably needs calibrated and we don't do that here. You would need to take it to a dealership and we don't cover that.

Minor discrepancies I can overlook after further inspecting. 1.) The use of azaza to cut out the glass hit my right pillar twice with minor cuts.. I can overlook this since it's an older vehicle.. 2.) slight damage to the paint surface of the left pillar driver side of installation of glass again, I can overlook this due to the fact of the prior mileage of the car at decay of pain.. 3.) I just cleaned my car. I spoke to you before our appointment and had it nice and clean before your boys worked on it. They left it messy with feet print around the door. Door jambs there was white salt feet print. Oh the carmax and up and down the. Pillars. . It even looked like a technician was upside down in the car at once . In regards, thank you for the quick service. It was nice to have a quick turnaround time down time of the vehicle. .

I'm not happy with the work at all because your technicians messed up my car and then, called the police to keep me out of their store, because I tried to find out why the job I paid for was not properly. I paid this company to replace and recalibrate my wind screen. They replaced the wind screen but could not figure out how to do the recalibration, yet they still charged for the recalibration they couldn't do. This resulted in multiple sensor lights popping up on my dash board. They have absolutely no customer service skills. They are unfair, unethical, unprofessional and were very disrespectful to me. I WOULD NOT recommend anyone to use this company.

Staff and manager very friendly very accommodating after I was unable to make an appointment on Auto Glass Now website was able to get in. The next day was told 45 minutes to an hour. I believe I was out of there at the 45 minute mark this is the third time that I have had to use Auto Glass Now on 40 Highway and an independence. Missouri will and have recommended to friends and family and even on Facebook when people need windshield replaced to go here.

I’ve been using a couple other Auto Glass companies for my fleet of vehicles over the past 10 years. Yesterday was my first time using Auto Glass Now in Independence. The Customer Service and quality of work with the attention of detail was more than a five star experience. From here on out, they are my go to Auto Glass company. I highly recommend them to everyone else as well!!!

5 Stars - Excellent Service & Price! Auto Glass Now gave me a quote that was half the price of Tesla and Safelite. They scheduled me quickly, kept me updated with texts, and even gave me a discount when they had to reschedule (which wasn’t a big deal). The glass was OEM—same manufacturer Tesla uses—and the team was super friendly and down-to-earth. Great experience all around!

We had a stone chip in our windshield and were referred to Auto Glass Now by a friend. They provided excellent service. It only took 30 minutes. Christina was wonderful, friendly and took really good care of us. She chatted with me while my car was being worked on. I highly recommend this company for windshield repair. Ps. we will be taking our other car in shortly.

Called on a Monday afternoon at 5 pm for a windshield crack and they got me in the next day for my appointment. It is nice that they are open until 6 PM and have weekend hours, too. Asked for quote, got an appointment scheduled, then they called back saying I needed even more information and couldn't make my emergency appointment. Obvious communication issues with this company. VERY RUDE person on the phone telling me their entire process after I explained what the initial call entailed. Will not be returning.
