After 2 hail storms our Santa Fe needed a new windshield. Invictus came to our location and had the new windshield installed in less than an hour. It was a great experience from the first call to the finished job. The best part? A small business owner who is teaching his sons the family business.

It's rare that I give a 5 star review. In my world, 5 stars means a perfect experience that goes above and beyond expectations. Kevin provided exactly that. He replaced the windshield on my wife's car, but the day didn't start well for Kevin, when he went to pick up the windshield he noticed it was scratched. Rather than postpone the install, he went to another vendor to get it and kept us updated on his arrival time. When performing the installation he inadvertently damaged a windshield wiper (probably due to the high winds we had that morning). No big deal I could have replaced it, but he not only replaced the damaged one, he replaced BOTH to make things right. He also took the time to fix a chipped windshield belonging to an employee of my wife's. And he did it at a reduced cost as he was already in the lot. Kevin is fast, yet thorough and very efficient. His attitude is positive with a "get r' done" attitude. It's rare to find someone these days that you can count on to do a great job, in a timely manner, at a great price and know that in the unlikely event something would happen, it will be made right. Well done, Kevin. I'll recommend you to anyone and everyone I know that needs something you offer. Need a windshield fixed or replaced? Stop looking and just call Kevin. You won't be disappointed.

Windshield have a crack or totally busted? This is the company to use. Local veteran-owned family ran business who will do everything they can to get you back on the road. Kevin and his son were right on time, and immediately got to work. Hopefully I don't have to replace my windshield again anytime soon but I know who to call if it happens. Kevin was timely and came right to me to change out the glass on my windshield. He was priced beyond fair, efficient but took his time and was thorough. He made sure to explain any after care instructions and make sure I didn’t have any questions. He also made sure to make it a point that if I ever had any issues or concerns that arise down the road, to give him a call. Not that I hope to have a cracked windshield ever again, but will definitely be using him again if I need one replaced down the road!

I had Kevin install a new windshield on my wives Jeep Wrangler and Ford Taurus. He was on time, messaged me with updates on arrival, cleaned everything after installs and was extremely professional. The fact that they come to you makes it convenient and easy. He even identified an issue with a prior window install on one vehicle which was causing a whistling sound! I really appreciated how quickly Kevin was able to get me scheduled for my windshield replacement and upon arriving at place of business, he was there to greet me and inform me how long it would take, and he was a man of his word and got it done within the hour, and since I was a repeat customer, he even discounted the installation cost, so I highly recommend Kevin and his team at Invictus Auto Glass.

I highly recommend Kevin. He has been so easy to work with and he was able to fix what the last person done wrong, causing thousands of dollars worth of damage and our windshield was not installed properly. He whipped our new car back into shape, and he did an awesome job!! If we ever need work done in the future, we know where to go.

This company is amazing and the quality and time management is on point I called about a windshield and they had one in stock and it was literally the lowest price in town !!!! I seriously recommend this company I will definitely be returning in the further for glass and tinting. I couldn’t be happier with the results.
