Worst "service" I've ever experienced. I'm convinced most of these great reviews are likely left by family & friends because my experience was terrible. I try to support family & local businesses at any opportunity, which is why I attempted using A&M for a windshield replacement. Was told they would be at my house on Wednesday afternoon, no time frame given.. OK so left my whole afternoon open. Hours go by, no call, no update and no answer when I tried to call. Finally got a call around 4pm stating the delivery guy didn't deliver my parts and he was driving to Hazelwood to pick them and then he would be here to Fenton. It was starting to rain and getting into the evening at this point so asked if it would easier for him to come in the morning. He says yes, he would be here between 10-11 am. Next day, 11:30 am rolls around, still no call, no show, no answer when I call. Left a message to cancel since now he's eaten up 2 days in a row for me leaving me hanging. Never followed up with me. Waste of time. Terrible service and communication. Save your time and support another family, local business. You respond to a Google review faster than you do your customers. Yeah I canceled by 1130! You were supposed to come between 10-11, clearly you're not a man of your word so I why would want a repeat of the day before? We said we would make room in the garage for you in case it started raining, took 5 minutes. Never said anything about needing an hour, you're just making things up, take some accountability. You seem to have a temper. And what does the amount of reviews I leave have anything to do with your terrible service? Why do you think your time is more valuable than mine? These are rhetorical questions, I've wasted enough time on you, good riddance

NOTE: Review is for experience with company, not with their workmanship, as I never received service. Contacted this company about windshield replacement, and gentleman (Mike) got back to me fairly quickly with a decent price but after three weeks of us ultimately begging them to perform the work, they went radio silent. Very unprofessional, poor communication. Went to Autocraft for service and couldn't be happier with their work and communication. UPDATE 11-22-2024: Obviously did not read my whole review, I simply went to another small business in our community (Autocraft). There's not just one in every community, there's many... and I'm just advising the public of the ones that follow through, that's all. Don't really appreciate being called a liar either. If anyone wants to email me, I will gladly share the texts.

I needed a new windshield to pass safety inspections so I typed in Auto Glass on Google Maps and fortunately enough A&M Auto Glass happened to be the closest option to my house. When I called the Owner Mike answered and within 2 minutes he had answered all my questions, given me a price (called 2 more places afterwards that both told me prices that were $30-$50 higher) and was able to schedule me for 9am the next morning! The next day he showed up to my work on time as promised and had my new brand windshield installed in about a half hour. Just when I thought his service couldn't have been any better I hop in my car as I'm leaving work and notice this!!!!! A microfiber towel folded up into a little pocket with a business card and an ink pen! BRAVO!

These guys are amazing. Previously I had been in contact with their competitor, autocraft glass, to come out and replace my wife's windshield But they were being sketchy about the appointment and wanted me to talk to their boss. They guy from A&M however was quick, efficient, and punctual. Most importantly he didn't bombard me with texts and phone calls while I'm at work. He just showed up and got the job done like he said he would. I appreciate the support from these guys and their professionalism and dedication to customer service. Not to mention he charges way less than his competitors. Great experience going with A&M and I'm absolutely going to use them in the future.

Today Mike came out did my windshield and they are Amazing they did a great job on my windshield and very friendly and they are very reasonable everybody else was 200 more than what he charged me and he came to my home and took great care of me I didn’t know the guys name that worked with Mike But they are Fantastic thank u guys for taking such great care of me and getting my car done they got me scheduled ASAP thanks guys I will be definitely call you guys again and I also tell everyone about yall

These Guys are amazing best all time Service Experience I could go on and on.. On time! I had struck out twice on Safelite encounters. Extremely hard to find rear window. Also power window on passenger side they fixed FREE!!! They even started the Car with the Jumper Box!! Simply Unreal and the absolute best. Trust me call em for ALL of your Car Glass Needs!!!! I cracked my windshield hacking at some of the ice from storms this past winter. I checked around and A&M had the best price. I wasn't ready at the time to do the repair, just pricing. When I called back for the repair, I was scheduled quickly, the tech came to my house, work completed in less than an hour. I was so impressed and happy to be behind a crack-free windshield. These gentleman were very professional and they offered great service, and quality product all at an exceptional value. I called and shopped around for quotes and researched meticulously before making a decision, and I am glad that I did as they hands down beat the competition.
