I highly recommend Roger! His response time is extremely fast and provides the very best customer service. He has repaired a couple knicks for me and a couple times has gone out of his way to check out some spots on my windshield I was concerened about and although it wasn't a true crack and needing repair, he made the effort every time to show up quickly with a smile on his face to inspect the area. Roger is kind and honest and I will continue to use him anytime I'm in need of a windshield repair!

I highly recommend Roger and SuperGlass Windshield Repair. I purchased a used 2019 car last week and yesterday discovered a small chip in my front windshield. After calling around to a number of places to collect pricing, I decided that Roger was the best choice to go with. The information he provided and preventative steps mentioned to make sure that it did not get any worse, were offerings that no other place provided to me. He took his time to explain things and was extremely fast and easy to reach. Unfortunately, when he arrived he came to the conclusion that this was an old repair that should not get any worse and that messing with it was not needed. Sometimes name recognition and the larger companies aren't always the way to go. Roger helped me realize and provided me way more knowledge and insight into the repair process than anyone else has ever provided. His straightforwardness about what he can and cannot do and his personable business nature goes a long way and I highly value that when it comes to a service being offered. I know that I will def. be using Roger in the future (if needed) and would refer him and his services to my friends and family as well. Thanks Roger!

Long story short, use this company if you're looking for perfection! Had Roger come out and fix a pretty nasty chip/crack I had gotten on my windshield from a truck kicking up some debris on the highway. Everything from the first phone call to completion of the job was extremely professional. Got me on the schedule the next day and even tried squeezing me in the same day but I wasn't available. Showed up on time and was even more impressed after meeting him. Not only was his work the best I have seen (it literally took me 30 minutes of staring at my windshield after he left before I was able to locate where he made the repair) but he even took the extra time to answer all my dumb questions about what all he was doing. I would 100% recommend him to anyone and everyone and will not be using anyone else in the future! Thanks again Roger!

Exemplary customer service! A few days ago, a rock dinged my windshield resulting in a small chip that overnight, started to crack. With the impending "polar vortex" headed to Missouri, I needed a quick repair before the fluctuating temperatures would potentially cause more damage to my windshield. After a quick Google search I found SuperGlass Windshield Repair of Saint Louis. I worked with Roger (the owner) and he personally repaired my windshield (on location at my office) the same day I requested the service! I was pretty stressed out having to get this taken care of quickly, but Roger made the process so simple - I cannot thank him enough. I highly recommend this shop for windshield chip/crack repair, and would not hesitate to return for future repair needs. Thank you!

Great customer service! I called on a thursday afternoon and was able to have my car fixed Friday while I was at school. Took about 30 minutes to fix and his pricing was super affordable (I'm in graduate school so every penny saved helps). I regret not taking a before picture because I can barely notice the crack. It was originally a little bigger than a quarter and now what's visible is less than size of a pencil earaser. I know that you can't get rid of a chip/crack completely but to be able to reduce it that much was great. I definitely recommend using Rodger. Also he's way cheaper than safelite auto. I will definitely use him again if I have any more issues.

I called about a crack in my windshield and I received a call back within an hour. We set something up for the next day since he was able to stop by before I left for work. It only took him about 20-30 minutes to do the work and he even showed up early so I was not late for work. On top of all this he mentioned that the service was free and covered by insurance. After reading all the positive reviews for Superglass Windshield of St Louis in Chesterfield I called and made an appointment with Roger. Boy am I glad I did! He did a great job and it only took about 30 minutes. Roger is the owner and he did the repair. He has done this for 18 years very conscientious about doing quality work and did a great job for me. Roger repaired my chipped windshield so well that you can barely tell there was a chip in the first place, and on top of that, he saved me from paying $75 for the service. He was incredibly professional, personable, and fixed my windshield on a Saturday when no one else would. Would highly recommend Roger to anyone else needing to repair their windshield. If I need another repair, Roger will be the first person I call.

Let me tell you, "The reviews did not lie" Roger from Superglass called right back and we setup a time to come out to repair my windshield.
