Auto Glass stop was chosen by someone else who damaged my windshield... They came to my home and replaced my windshield, which was fine. The techs were in time, courteous and quick. The problem was that after the repair there was an intermittent high pitched whine coming from the area right above my rear view mirror. I brought it to their attention and they actually told me that they were "doing me a favor" to warranty their work. The first time they came to my house. I was not there, so at the end of the day when I didn't hear anything I called the shop to find out what was done. The woman was rude and argumentative and I had to drag it off her that nothing was done because the tech didn't find a seal leak. The whine was still happening, and I took video of it. I called in and had to take my car to their shop 45 minutes away from my house. Again a seal test was done and no leak was found, so no repair. I took the tech on a test drive and showed him the video. Still, nothing more was done to figure out the problem. And the whine was still occurring. Finally my husband identified the issue, so I called back to explain what needed attention. I was tested like I didn't know for sure what the problem was, and that if I wanted then to look at it I would have to take the car back to their shop. I said the issue was an easy fix and would not be difficult to be done at my home and since they do go to gives to replace windshields it didn't seem an unreasonable request. They refused, saying all warranty work is fine at their shop. (Keep in mind they only do appts for warranty work at 730 or 8 am, and again 45 minutes drive from my home!) They're staff was condescending, rude, argumentative, and told me multiple times they were doing me a favor to correct the with that didn't get done properly. We saved my gas money, bought a tube of adhesive and fixed the problem ourselves. Yes, my husband was correct in where the issue was happening. You couldn't pay me enough to deal with this company again.ServicesAuto windshield repair

I received service I could've went without though initially customer service seemed on point service ended unexpectedly poor. After receiving this service I realized I possible should of chose a more reliable company. The young gentleman that came out to fix my vehicle windshield, though since he has called and tried to make it right within his own ability left my interior dirty in multiple places, as he replaced my windshield . As well as blasted music outside of my home as myself and my children were in class. After the job had been done I realized the tint she willing gave a us a small discount on was not the customized tint desire and they never asked. So now we have a tint on our vehicle that we don't even want but we have paid what THEY ASKED for. She told me we can pay the difference if we bring it in, trying to throw in our face that we were given a discount, smh you could've kept that, but in the same breath giving my husband a different price, understanding this is the same vehicle and same situation. Also understanding the problematic experience we had with their employee. The same employee that didn't do what he was supposed to shined more empathy and wishful fixing on the situation then the manager himself. Everyone makes mistakes but your employee has not valued to uphold customer satisfaction, you have....How dare you guys.... I would not recommend this service, and quite frankly they shouldn't recommend it either. You should be ashamed at your inability to satisfy in a business that satisfaction is principle.

I have never had to deal with a windshield replacement before, so I was unsure of what to expect. My insurance deductible was more than the service cost, so I opted to not use my insurance. I called a few places, and this was the place that made me most comfortable. First off, they offered a very reasonably priced replacement, and second, they came to me. As a mom of 2 young kids, nothing is more stressful than sitting somewhere for a long time with your kids trying to entertain them. The guy that came and replaced it worked quickly, and diligently. I am happy we went with this company, and I’m happy they have such great customer service. The lady who answered the phone to schedule me had a welcoming, friendly tone. And the man I spoke to when I was unsure of going with another company, made me feel confident I was making the right choice to keep them. Thanks for the service. I will recommend you to anyone who needs a windshield replaced.

Cannot say enough GOOD things about this place! Got an ugly rock chip in my windshield, emailed Auto Glass Stop for a quote, and got a response almost immediately. They were able to get me in next day (which was Saturday) and got it fixed! The owner and the gentleman who fixed my chip were both absolutely amazing! The office was clean and comfortable. Most importantly the guys were friendly, open and honest! I’m a single woman, so I worry about getting taken advantage of! I had no worries at all about the guys at Auto Glass Stop! My windshield looks brand new, can’t hardly see where it chipped! 10/10 would recommend and will definitely go back for all my future auto glass needs! Thank you Auto Glass Stop!

This auto glass business/mobile service is incredible!!! I have a 2008 Mercury Mountaineer and while trying to repair the rear glass hinges I accidentally shattered it... fearing the worse and knowing that the further back you go on a vehicle the more expensive the glass I found their information online gave them a call let them know what I needed and they set me up.. the technicians came out to my home and did a FANTASTIC job and the price was undeniably a lifesaver thank you guys so much and great job on the repair you guys are awesome... I personally recommend them to anyone needing front side or rear glass replacement they'll be my one stop shop for auto glass replacement.

I call for an estimate a few days ago for a windshield replacement estimate for a titan, it was over a $100 cheaper than other places I called before. The service was scheduled to appointment. The lady on the phone was very nice and quick. The day of the appointment was on Saturday and they did it real fast. Guys at the place was super friendly. They have coffee and comfortable seats. If you don't want to get pull over and get tickets for a crack windshield, call them they got your back. 👍

Auto Glass Stop delivered exceptional service. Following an incident at the ball fields, we required a prompt replacement of our back latch glass. They responded within 24 hours and completed the glass installation efficiently. Cody demonstrated professionalism by expeditiously performing the task and explaining the optimal care methods for the new glass in the subsequent days. I cannot overtstate just how awesome my experience was! They were less than half of what everyone else quoted and from first contact to completion it went just about as smoothly as I could ever have imagined. Cody (didn't get the name of his assistant, apologies) was tremendous! He explained everything and was done in less the 30 minutes! I feel like 5 stars is not enough! If you use any other service, welp, you're just ignorant and like giving money away.

Neal and his company worked quickly and efficiently replacing the windshield of my car, which had cracked from one side to the other. They called before they came, arrived within the amount of time they anticipated, and completed the entire replacement process within 30 minutes, maybe a little less.
