I would give zero stars if I could. Safelite completely mishandled my entire service experience. First, they installed an aftermarket windshield on my 2013 Mustang without giving me the option to choose OEM, even though my car is still valued at over $15K. I would’ve paid more for the proper glass—but they made assumptions and never asked. Then I scheduled a follow-up for 12–5 PM, but the tech showed up early, left, and claimed I wasn’t available. I called back 15 minutes later and was told he was “already back in Southaven.” After that, they deleted my appointment entirely from their system like it never existed. I couldn’t even leave a voicemail because the technician’s box was full. 😒 Now I’ve had to reschedule everything again, and because of my work schedule, this pushes things back another full week. I’m trying to sell my car, and their mess-ups are directly delaying that. No accountability, no communication, and no urgency. I’ve filed formal complaints with BBB and the Attorney General because this is just bad business. I don’t recommend Safelite if you care about quality, timelines, or being treated like a paying customer who deserves options. I really expected more from a company this large. Unfortunately, they’ve proven convenience doesn’t mean quality.

If you are someone who values your time I would look somewhere else. I had my windshield replaced here and it's been the biggest task ever first they have left window sealant all over the dash, they didn't reconnect my windshield wipers or washer fluid sprayer. Why they had to disconnect them I don't know. I didn't find this out until two days later when I was out of town. I called corporate and they said that they would get back to me but I haven't had a call back yet. I called the actual location and they said they couldn't do anything until I came back to the Southaven location, which I mentioned that I live in another state but would be back in town in a week. I go in person suddenly I'll have to wait until 7pm to get any help or wait until Monday between 9am and 3pm. 3pm Monday afternoon rolls by nothing called in at 4pm I cant be seen until 5pm. 5 still nothing, I call the guy again and he says wait until 8 if nobody comes by then I'll have to go in the next morning in person. There isn't one positive thing I have to say about the Safelite customer service nor there product. You could get the same products at any window repair shop and possibly an even better warranty.

Good experience setting up windshield replacement online. Easy to relate what work needed done, vehicle type and scheduling. Safelite gives you options for additional work/products like wiper blades if needed. I opted for just the windshield. Steven, the Safelite tech showed up when scheduled and went to work immediately. My car was parked right outside my office and I was able to watch him. It was a fascinating process, really. He had specialized tools and equipment to make the removal of the windshield look pretty easy, but I am sure it wasn't. Steven then cleaned the new windshield and the mating surface on my car to ensure that the adhesive would create a good seal and keep the glass on my car. Then it was a simple matter of lining up the windshield and pressing it firmly on the adhesive. He replaced the trim pieces and done. It only took about an hour, maybe a little bit more but all in all it was a quick process. Steven was very knowledgeable and skilled in his work. The professional he showed would recommend Safelite to any of my friends or family.

Windshield and side glass replacement. Well the first thing I noticed after the job was done was the wiper arm is not in the correct position, then I was getting no sound out of the speaker from the door that replaced the glass on so I pulled the panel up and noticed they cut the speaker wire and also left off the clear foam sound panel/moisture panel . One of the most unprofessional jobs I've ever seen on a sunglass. And for some reason the window does not like to roll back up after you roll it down now. I'm thinking some glass was left in the track. I spoke to who I thought was the supervisor as he walked outside with me and I showed him what they did but he showed no concern whatsoever. Also whoever that did all this also left screws out of the speaker bracket. I will no longer take company vehicles to Safelite as they do an unprofessional job every time I've been there. Snappy Windshield or jack Morris Glass will be who we take all of our vans too from now on

Had put off the new windshield for as long as I could. My 17 yr old drives it so I didn't want any further damage to occur during the winter. We had a very professiohnal tech by the name of Luke come during the time frame requested. Windshield had both an edge crack and floater crack. Only 3rd winshield on my 2014 subaru outback. Which for a subaru is pretty good considering I am already on my 2nd one for my 2022 Subaru Ascent. Luke was efficient and great to communicate with. Loved the ability to add the new blade install too. Price was a little higher than I initially thought but I did have them come out to the house and threw in new wiper plades which increased the cost by $120 which is fair. I will definately use Safelite Auto Glass in the future. :-) First 2 pics are samples of what the crack looked like (forgot to take before photos). Last two photos are after windshield repair today. My son is happy but better yet I'm relieved.

Dec 23' got a windshield replaced. Turned out it wasn't a OEM windshield after installing it.... Calibration never worked and was told to wait for the following week for a OEM to come in. Multiple windshields have been installed on my truck due to this. Total of 4 to be exact. Still the same issue. Cruise control or any safety features do no work on my truck. After multiple attempts.....including replacing 1 of cables behind the rearview mirror.....was told to take to a Ford Dealer and we will pay for it. When it was time to pay everyone quit responding to me via texts, calls so I told them to disregard. As of 05/06/25, now being told its due to a radar sensor that is causing the faulty recal..... and needs to be replaced before the recal will go through. Not one single issue was wrong with this truck until the hands of temps and workers of Safelite. BTW- not one single response from "customer.care@safelite.com".

Do not recommend. They replaced the windshield in my toyota for runner but the vehicle hasn't moved in over a week and the wind shield cracked on the edge. They sent a guy out here who claimed it was a impact point. I asked how considering the vehicle has never moved. He called his manager and they said the milage changed. They wouldn't tell me what the milage difference was but on top of that the first guy that came out here never even had the keys or turned the vehicle on meaning he NEVER wrote down a mileage . They don't want to cover their own faulty work. The new crack comes out from the edge of the windshield and they are going to try and tell.me it's an impact. I really wanna know how that happened considering the vehicle hasn't moved and is facing my garage. DO not recommend and since our insurance company is the one who sent them out originally I will be reporting this to my insurance company as well.

I’ve been driving for over 20 years and have never had as many windshield issues as I’ve had in just 5 months after using Safelite AutoGlass in Southaven. My first appointment in December took over six hours, and a part of my vehicle was damaged or lost during the process. Within a month, the new windshield cracked. They replaced it, but another crack appeared just two weeks later—on a 40 mph road. When I went to the Southaven office to address what seemed like a quality issue, the front desk staff was extremely rude and dismissive. They showed zero interest in helping or resolving the problem. I gave them one more chance, and now I’ve got yet another chip. I’ve had more damage with Safelite in five months than in two decades of driving. Poor quality, terrible customer service, and especially unacceptable behavior from the front desk. I won’t be returning and wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

My experience with Safelite AutoGlass was very frustrating, with a few redeeming moments. First Appointment: Canceled a day prior because they didn’t have the right windshield, requiring a three-week wait for the correct one. Second Appointment: After waiting three hours, they used an incompatible aftermarket windshield for my 2024 vehicle, despite knowing the make, model, and VIN. They couldn’t calibrate the camera sensor and had to order an OEM windshield, leading to another two-week wait. Third Appointment: I arrived on time and waited three hours, only to find my vehicle untouched. Eventually, technician Mark took the vehicle in and completed the windshield replacement and camera sensor calibration within one hour. Overall: Despite the initial issues, Mark’s efficient service was a relief. Be mindful of your scheduled time.

fyi...A couple of months ago, I went to Safelite in Southaven, MS for crack repair on my new vehicle. Well, during the process of the repair, the tech caused additional damage after he filled in the "resin" and that damage ultimately led to the windshield spreading in the heat last week. Now Safelite tells me that their disclaimer states that "Some repairs fail" and if it does, the money spent for the repair would be applied towards a replacement. The replacement windshield is nearly $2,000, minus the $170😠😡 Never using Safelite again. Can you say #HOTTERthanFISHgrease. Oh by the way, I asked to speak to the manager and was told she was on another call, while i was sitting in the lobby.
