Took my car there at 8am. My appointment was @ 8:30. Decided to just drop it off since they said it would take an hour to an hour and a half. I told them I would come around 12 to pick it up. I drove by the place at 12:30. My car was sitting outside with the windows down and no windshield in it. I decided to wait and see if they would call. Around 4:25 I decided to go and see what was taking so long. On the way there I got a call saying my car was ready. I paid for the service and walked to the back to get my car. When I got to the back my car is still sitting there with the windows down and no windshield. The tech comes up telling me the window they got didn't fit and they had to get one from Little Rock. It only took them ten minutes to put the window in. I ordered a piece of glass for a table top on a Wednesday. I was told it would be ready by Monday. I called the following THURSDAY and was given a bunch of excuses (scratched glass came in, lost ticket, secretary hasn't been in all week etc..) I was promised it would get done ASAP. I call again the following Tuesday and was told it would be cut today and they would call me that afternoon which didn't happen. I call again Wednesday (2 weeks after I ordered) and no one answered. I had my husband call from a different phone and they answered so they definitely screen their calls.ServicesService not listed

I was 1000 miles from home when I broke out the rear glass on my Truck. There was a little bend to the glass frame so other shops would not even look at it. This shop made sure I was able to get a temporary replacement installed on the same day so I could continue my trip. Now that I'm back home the damage was repaired and the glass installed permanently. Don't even bother with the big chain glass shops go to the small business owner and get better service and price. I use A&B for all my windshield chips. I moved about an hour away and used a different company whose repairs almost immediately messed up. I learned my lesson. I now will gladly drive the hour to them. I never have any problems with my repairs there, they're very friendly and professional, and we are basically at a first name basis at this point. I would highly, highly recommend them to any and everyone.

Slow service, took 3 days. The place is dirty and unorganized. Took truck in for windshield. They left it dirty, dash was fifty. Had side mirror fixed. It appears ok. Needed sunroof serviced for a leak. They claim it is fixed. NOPE. Left footprints on leather seats. Girl at the front desk has no idea what she's doing. Acted like I was bothering her while spending the whole time on her personal phone.

Got my new windshield!! Not only did I get that I got a scratched up fender grease in my carpet and glass all over the place... i’m sick about my truck.. If I had known then what I know now I would’ve just left the broken windshield in there.. never again!!..BET....On an upper note I was told have a blessed day on the way out the door!!..

The Workmanship Is Great, But I will never do business with them again, I got a windshield replaced, They marked it up 200% Which was $300 for a aftermarket windshield I would have understood if it's Factory (OEM). The original windshield wasn't broken just needed resealed they sold me on the idea they could reseal it without breaking it.

I had an appointment at 3:30pm and called to let them know I was going to be a tad late. I arrived around 3:45pm and was out of there at around 4:45pm. The owner is super nice and the ladies there are funny. I like that it's off Goodman road so there isn't much traffic getting in and out of the parking lot.

Great service and very competitive prices. Quality work. Had a very odd mishap/issue with the car/ new glass and they fixed it up again and corrected the trim pieces that seemingly caused the issue. Will only be coming here for glass replacements. Safelite is a joke compared to these guys.

Best glass shop I have ever used. Dropped off my truck at 8am for windshield replacement and they had it ready by noon. All safety systems were recalibrated and work perfectly. Also had the best price of all the shops I called. Would highly recommend A & B Auto Glass.
