It's not very often that a company, their employees, and service do everything so damn well that it could be considered perfect, but Auto Glass Now proved to me that it can still be done recently. I looked online for a windshield replacement shop that offered online quotes for service and although I had previously tried AGN back in 2018 with poor results, I thought they were worth reconsidering due to the never-ending construction that was present on US-49/Richland at that time...(I don't see how any business located in that area survived). Within 5 minutes, I received a call from an Auto Glass Now rep for some additional information on my 2010 Nissan Xterra for a price quote and available time slots - I liked the price and availability so we made the appointment for a couple of days away. The following day, I received a call from Dimetri (hope I'm spelling that correctly) - we verified my information and he let me know that they were moving their shop/services to a new location and wouldn't be ready for at least 2 weeks, BUT, instead of moving the appointment, he offered to send his mobile crew to my home for a windshield replacement at no additional charge. He was so personable and easy to talk to, it felt like I was speaking with an friend who was looking out for my interests! The following day, his technician Joseph, texted me he was on his way and gave me his arrival time via GPS and pulled up right on time and completed everything within 15-20 minutes...both Joseph and his assistant were awesome - explained post-windshield replacement do's/don't, reviewed my charges and processed my payment - and it was exactly the amount I was quoted initially and there were NO "gotchas" or surprise surcharges. The entire experience from the initial quote call, to Dimitri's follow-up scheduling, to Joseph's arrival & excellent service was just incredible from start to finish and it was so positive, it felt good to experience. Without a doubt, I know where to turn for my glass needs and I'll be telling all my friends/relatives as well. Thank you Dimitri/Joseph and Auto Glass Now! Joe Austin Canton, MS

I had an appointment and arrived at the Pearl location at 7:30 when the facility was due to open. I was helped right away and sat down to wait for my windshield replacement. I’ve been to the facility a few times before over the years and found it efficient and the work done to my satisfaction. On this occasion, however, my experience was exceptional. Natalie greeted me at 7:30 with a big smile after a Daylight time change weekend. That alone made my day! I was in my chair only a moment or so when I noticed the technician had already moved my SUV around to the back and shortly after got the text the work had commenced on my windshield. It takes 2 to 3 hours to replace and recalibrate, but about an hour and a half in, a nice gentleman came to my chair and told me the work was complete and they would recalibrate, and I’d be on my way. I expressed my surprise at how quickly the work was done and he apologized for how long he thought it had taken! I was floored . Shortly afterward I had my papers, paid for the work and drove away. Everyone in the Pearl facility made my Monday begin on such a positive note that the rest of the day continued to flow beautifully. Stephen did a great job on my vehicle! All was dark.. a storm, a busted windshield, and an outrageous quote from Safelite! All seemed lost. But then I found Stephen’s Auto Glass. He repaired my windshield, reworked a dented pinchweld, and vacuumed up the glass so well it was cleaner than it was before the tree limb came down! All for a just right price. I texted the number at 5pm, got a reply at 6pm, and he was there at 9am the next day! He took lots of pictures for my insurance and made sure to text and call me if there was anything he felt I should be aware of. He was truly the best and made everything as stress free as possible. Can’t recommend enough!
