Advanced Auto Glass by Joey

I am so thankful for Advanced Auto Glass by Joey. Two days before I was getting ready to leave Meridian to move to college, my passenger door window shattered to pieces due to a stone on the way back to Meridian from Jackson. Worried and stressed out, I called glass shops in Meridian to see who could pull me in the fastest to have a new window installed and tinted to match my other windows. Advanced Auto Glass quickly pulled me in without hesitation and worked around their previously-booked appointments to ensure I would be able to have my window installed before moving. Mrs. Rebecca who works the desk even helped me to locate a window to bring in. The quality of work is amazing as well; my window is working well, and the tint matches the rest of the windows. Recently, some glass pieces started to fall from inside the door from when the old glass shattered, and I brought it back in. They immediately booked me an appointment to remove the pieces from the door. Quality and professional work should never go unnoticed. These guys have it under their belt and are doing an amazing job. Thank you to their wonderful, kind staff for taking care of us. I talked to them on the phone on Wednesday, January 4th, made an appointment for Thursday, January 5th at 8am. They explained over the phone that they would overnight my front windshield for my car. They did that. Once my car was in the shop, they explained that I had a dent on the cab that may cause the windshield to leak & gave me the choice of them installing the new windshield or taking my car to a body shop. I chose to have the windshield installed because I need my car & I needed to get to work. Everybody at Advance Auto Glass by Joey are very courteous, friendly, helpful & professional. I very highly recommend using them & I will definitely use them again in the future if I need to. I DO NOT RECOMMEND The owner Joey is very rude disrespectful and lacks customer service skills . . . Joey calls me at 7:30 and ask was I coming , I told him yes I'll be there at 8 . He proceeded to tell me I can't wait on you I run a tight ship and you gone have to wait 2 hours . Mind you I wasn't given an appointment time . Once I arrived at 8 I checked in to let him know I was out there waiting , and he was very very nasty . He seemed to be upset about something and taking his frustration out on me the customer. So I ended up leaving. I refuse to give my money to a person that does not know how to talk to someone . It wasn't all about what he said it was more about his delivery and which the manner he said it in . Customers should be treated with respect

My windshield was done and it was quick . But the OWNER(s) was very rude . If you have my car over two hours don’t expect me to not take a call & speak to who ever on my phone . Second of all I was the only person in the building at the time & you didn’t address me till I paid you your money . If you had a problem with me being on my phone you should address me In a respectful way (Joey & Rebecca) . No matter how well you do a job if you don’t have good customer service then it’s no use to run a business . & if you have a problem with how people talk on their phone then you should add another room to your building . I rather pay somebody more with good customer service than somebody that’s cheaper with NO customer service .

THIS IS NOT A FAMILY FRIENDLY PLACE. I recently visited Advance Auto Glass by Joey with my one-year-old toddler, and I am extremely disappointed with the treatment we received. After driving two hours to get there, the owner, Joey, informed me that the service would take four hours and insisted that I find a ride because he could not accommodate us with my child present. He outright told us we had to leave, which felt incredibly discriminatory. His lack of consideration and understanding towards a mother with a young child is appalling. I strongly advise against using this business if you expect any level of basic human decency and customer service.

I'm beyond mad with this place right now. I had them install a new windshield because State Farm recommended them. I had to drive all the way back up there to have them fix where the seal had came up the when we saw after picking it up. So, it's been sitting in my driveway since after taking it up there the 2nd time. Now, I'm putting it up for sale and as I went to wash it... I SEEN THIS!!!! ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? I don't live in Meridian! I'm now going to have to drive all the way back to meridian to have them fix thus a 3rd time because I don't want to mess with it. I can't believe this place is calling themselves professionals

Windshield looks nice & got it done same day last Thursday. The problem is their tool scratched the paint off the whole section of trim on the left side of the windshield of our F150. My husband told them & they said their installer said it was already like that. It wasn't but we can't prove it. Also when we got on the interstate coming home the hood popped up. It wasn't fastened down properly. Thank God it didn't fly up or it would've been bad. My hubby called to let them know & the lady said she'd have a manager call us but they never did. Word to the wise, take a BEFORE PIC and CHECK YOUR HOOD is secure.

Absolutely amazing customer service & window installs! Per the suggestion of the dealership I use. They suggested that I call Joey, for my window replacement. Called on a Friday: gave them my vehicle specs. They ordered the window. By Monday... window was installed. I recently used Advance Auto Glass by Joey. They came out to my place of business. Extremely nice. Took measures to PROTECT my vehicle during a window install after the storm. They even went as far as to vacuum & clean inside the car where the original glass had broken. They're by far, (from personal experience) , better than A&A glass!!

We were driving across the country on I-20 when we caught a rock in our windshield. Meridian was the next town on our way, so I googled windshield repair and found this business. Joey answered and offered to have a spot waiting for us when we pulled into town. He quickly fixed our windshield, had us back on the road in under 20 minutes, and even got the job done without having to wake our sleeping baby. I highly recommend! I had Joey reinstall the original windows in my 1981 VW Vanagon with new seals and install a new windshield. It's hard to find someone that knows how to do the rope-in installment of windows nowadays and does it WELL!!! Joey is your guy if you have an older vehicle and you want it done right! 4 years later and still no leaks!
