Kendrick is the best tech in my personal opinion! The whole process was so simple and fast. I made an appointment online, checked in and dropped off my key, and it was finished within 2 hours. I couldn’t get my StateFarm Drive Safe & Save Bluetooth beacon off my windshield, but they removed it for me and even put it back on the new windshield that I had replaced. The waiting room and bathroom was spotless. They were all very kind and explained everything clearly! This is my favorite location!!

Was not impressed. Took 3 attempts to get the proper glass installed and calibrated. On the second attempt, we were notified that only the OEM glass would be acceptable, rather than the glass we had been quoted, resulting in a significant increase in price. Manager said he would do it for the original price since it would require us to come back a 3rd time. When I paid for the glass at the 3rd attempt, that promise was not honored. Will not be back.

I recently had my windshield repaired at Safelite in Madison, MS, for my Porsche Macan, and the experience has been nothing short of disappointing. After the repair, Safelite provided a certificate of calibration, but my sensor still indicated an error. When I took my car to the Porsche dealership, they discovered that the sensor had been incorrectly calibrated despite the certificate, and the repair had also caused damage to the rearview mirror wiring. This mistake ended up costing me over $1,200 in additional repairs. To make matters worse, when I contacted Safelite to address the issue, I was informed that my warranty with them was voided because the dealership performed the repairs. This response was incredibly frustrating and showed a complete lack of accountability on their part. I trusted Safelite to handle the repair properly, but they failed both in the initial work and in standing behind their service. I can no longer endorse, support, or recommend anyone use Safelite in Madison, MS. This experience has severely compromised my trust in their ability to repair vehicles correctly, and their refusal to take responsibility only made the situation worse. If you value your time and money, I strongly suggest looking elsewhere for auto glass repairs.

Seriously the worst place to get in touch with. They messed my glass up and told me they were going to order the correct glass. Had my phone number wrong in the system after I asked the guy to change it, scheduled an appointment that I never agreed to, the lady was then rude on the phone acusing me of missing an appointment that I never scheduled or agreed to, and then proceeded to tell me that I was wrong to not show up. A lie. Not once was I called. It has been over a month and not one phone call has been answered about when they are fixing what they messed up. Everytime I call it hangs up. I finally decide to make an appointment online this past week to get it fixed thinking that the glass would be in, so I left my car there all day for it to sit in the parking lot and not have anything done to it. I was reassured that I would have a phone call two days later with the status of my glass. Not one phone call since. The numbers they have given me on the receipts or papers fail or hang up. After they finally fix what they messed up, I will never use them again nor recommend them. EVER.

Friendly tech. Installation was largely done well, note that they do not use OEM glass, but rather a discount brand. Rear view mirror shroud will not snap back into place, tech suggested replacing it through my manufacturer. Rear view mirror fell off on my 2 mile drive home, reached out for warranty repair. *update* No call today. *update* No call today. *update* Received a call!! Turns out the wrong model of glass was installed on my car, resulting in the bad fit and the rear view mirror cracking off. I should get a call tomorrow to get an appointment scheduled for later in the week. 7 days without a proper windshield or rear-view mirror is taxing, I'm hopeful we can have this solved before we hit the two-week mark. *update* I'm scheduled for an appointment on the 20th, we're getting there! *update* Appointment for the 20th cancelled via text, no explanation. *update* Appointment rescheduled for the 24th via text, no explanation. *update* Received a call from the gentlemen working the warehouse. He's asking to change the appointment to the 25th.

I had an appointment to get a new windshield in my vehicle. The appointment was set up by my insurance company at their recommendation. Everything went well until I left my vehicle with them. I just happened to have a friend in the area that picked me up so I wouldn't have to sit there for 2 hours. 45 minutes later, they called me with the news that the new windshield was cracked and we would have to set up another date. No apology, no "I'm sorry that you took off work and drove 90 miles one way at your expense for nothing". They guy at the front said "I'll call you". Crickets. Use someone local that appreciates your business not this place that clearly doesn't care that they inconvenienced you due to their error. Wow!

Driving from Houston to Madison, MS. In Shreveport a rock cracked our windshield. We called Safelite. They have a location in Madison. We arrived at 4:35. They were scheduled to close at 5:00. Ashley, the store manager said they’d be glad to stay and fix our windshield. They had us back on the road in time to arrive at our friend’s house for dinner. Absolutely great customer service. Thank you Ashley.

Huge shoutout to Cervonte at Safelite! We came in stressed with two cracks in our brand new car, and he didn’t just help us out—he squeezed us in and totally saved the day. Super professional, knowledgeable, and just a really cool guy to work with. Appreciate the great service and kindness. Highly recommend! 👏🚗💥 …

The techs were great. I was able to snag a same day appt somehow and was told there would be a bit of a wait. I honestly did not wait a very long time, enough to read 1 or 2 chapters in my book and I was gone. The guy who helped me was funny and pleasant. Would highly recommend.
