I recently had the pleasure of using the services of Astro Mobile Windshield Repair, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. My experience with them was nothing short of exceptional. First and foremost, their speed in fixing a daunting 21" crack in my windshield was remarkable. From the moment I contacted them to the completion of the repair, the process was incredibly efficient. They wasted no time in getting the job done, which I greatly appreciated. Moreover, the customer service I received was top-notch, professional, and attentive to my needs from start to finish. They took the time to address all of my concerns and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire process. But perhaps the most impressive aspect was the end result. My first impression was during my phone call with Mr Doug. He was very accommodating & was at my home the following morning. I felt good after that call, feeling I had made the right choice. He arrived professionally & on time. He answered all my questions. I ask a lot of questions when it comes to certain tasks because I am always interested in learning new things. He actually let me talk his ear off by asking so many questions about what he was doing and he wasn’t put off at all :)…when he was finished my windshield looked good as new. I had a rock hit it in my line of view so I needed it repaired before it turned into a large crack. Traveling out of state can be very enjoyable. However, traveling out of state and in need of help can be unpleasant, even when it is a simple rock peck to your windshield. I was in for a great surprise when Astro mobile windshield repair took my phone call. I was to be in Gulfport for a day or two. And I was afraid the damage to my windshield would become a crack and require a windshield replacement. Doug understood my situation and made my repair within 24 hours. He proved to be a professional and a craftsman with the perfect repair! I watched in amazement as the damage to my windshield seemingly disappeared! Doug was very knowledgeable, and not at all pushy while helping me decide whether repairing or replacing my windshield would be the best option. Because of the time he took to give me the pros and cons of each scenario, I felt that I could trust his input. I ended up deciding repairing was the best option for me, so I called him back to schedule my repair, and he came out and repaired my windshield the same day, and was good about keeping contact when he was on his way. Doug with Astro Mobile Windshield Crack Repair was a big help. While traveling through Gulfport, MS., a rock cracked the windshield of our new car and we needed to get it fixed right away before we got back on the road the same day. Despite repairing windows all day, Doug came by in the sweltering heat and took care of the spider crack in the windshield. He also informed me of a product that he offers to prevent future cracks, a windshield coating, that I’m seriously looking into investing into because it’s cheaper than my insurance deductible. I have recently moved to this area and did not know anyone here. I took a rock to my windshield while traveling 2 days before Christmas. I contacted Astro while I was on my way to Biloxi and Doug advised me to put scotch tape on the area to keep water out of the chip site until he could repair. I’m so grateful to Doug, he had to be the only guy working on a very rainy Christmas eve! He came to me for the repair, was on time and did an excellent job.
