I went into the store to get a windshield for my vehicle they told me they couldn’t get a windshield for my Nissan car at all. I thought that was very strange. I gave them my number and said call me when you can get one I never received a call. Then several months later I had a broken window at my house from a lawn mower throwing a rock. They took 4 weeks to show up and the guy measured it and never returned. Someone text me a quote and I said that’s fine they never replied or came back. I’ll never use them for anything again not sure what’s going on but the worst service ever.

I went to Mobile glass to have a back rear door Glass on a suburban replaced. They put it in wrong the first time and I had to go back and leave the vehicle with them. They fixed the problem and got the glass in there the right way. However there was a man whom I had not talked to at all during my experience at Mobile glass previously. Who proceeded to blame me for the incorrect job they did the first time saying that my door frame was bent and that the glass not sitting right was my fault , however this supposed same bent door frame was able to have the glass put in correctly the second go around.
