This is not for this area its for the company it self.I did just about everything I knew to do for someone who didn't use smartphones or computer to get a live person on the phone for them. It didn't happen. This is very sad that company can't even answer the phone. The lady is 71 years old still has her car and pays someone to drive her to her appointments. But safelite need not worry I got this. Have a blessed day.

Nick and his sweet puppy dog were great to work with. He got my windshield fixed quickly and was even willing to wait until I was off of work for me to pick up my car. My appointment was accidentally scheduled for the wrong day, but they were kind and generous to offer me a discount for the mixup. VERY reasonably priced s well. While I hope I don’t need them again, I would definitely come back!

Service was excellent. Technician was very helpful. My only concern is the stairs to get into the building. They are not really safe. No handrails. Some steps are slanted and higher than others. Their work that was done was very efficient and very professional however, for some reason my GPS had me going in circles in the subdivision behind them. I screenshot several streets on my GPS and someone deleted? Law enforcement are you listening?

Had them replace my windshield due to a crack from a rock and have had no issues with leaks or anything. The employee was friendly. The shop was nice and clean, but could use some water in the waiting room though. Overall good experience.
