River City Auto Glass

Like practically everyone else here 5/5 stars but if we could, it would be 12/10! Bryce was amazing in every aspect of the word. He was super fast and efficient! I had my vehicle in the day after I called (could have gotten me in the same day). Said it would take 1.5 hours for the full windshield replacement and I could even wait there if I wanted to. He was knowledgeable! He knew my Telluride has different types of windshields because of the Heads Up Display (HUD) and asked whether I had that to ensure I had the right windshield the first time. The last time I had to replace it at a different auto glass repair shop, they didn’t realize they had the wrong one. I had to go back and get my vehicle and wait a week for the correct one. He also knew how calibrate the cameras making sure I had a full tank of gas and the right tire pressures. He was a great communicator! He communicated what I had to do to drop it off (full tank) but also mentioned the dropbox option to which I said I probably wouldn’t need. He sent a pic of it anyway just in case and I ended up needing it. I picked up my vehicle right when he was about to put the paperwork in it as he was off to another windshield to fix. So we got to talk. He was very friendly, professional, and personable! He made me laugh. At one point he stood on the curb he said, “just so I don’t feel as short”(He isn’t that short, I am just tall). His friendliness makes you want to hang out with him, which only adds to the fact that you know you have found a person and company you can trust! The last part which doesn’t really matter but he gave a hot sauce with their logo on it. As he said, “It is their calling card.” It is a super neat marketing idea and just shows they are not like other companies! While I hope I never have to fix my windshield again, if I do, River City Auto Auto Glass in Woodbury, MN will be my only call!

One of our vehicles had a small leak in the windshield that suddenly turned into a gush. I booked an appointment with River City after calling a couple other local places. When I arrived, Bryce promptly got the replacement done and told me why the old windshield was leaking. He said it had been installed incorrectly and that if I had any problems with the new one he would fix it. Very nice and professional guy. He also threw in a bottle of River City Hot Sauce - which was great for a chili head like me!

My back window spontaneously combusted one late afternoon and no other glass repair place could fit me in for 10 days! Bryce at River City Auto Glass in Woodbury, fit me in the next morning by ordering the window just 10 minutes before closing. Fast, efficient and very professional, I was in and out in under an hour. He matter of factly worked through a frustrating, stressful insurance issue on my behalf, calming my anxiety. Highly recommend calling this shop first for all your auto glass needs.

10/10 Bryce ( if that is correct spelling) was very cool he got me in for a windshield replacement within hours of calling. As I showed up my tech Evan greeted me first outside, I went inside and Bryce greeted me and was very nice. They made us feel so welcomed and at home. After Evan finished he came into the lobby and explained the dos and don't and was extremely personable, And THE Job was amazinh it looks so good. Thank you to Evan for doing an amazing job I appreciated it so much.

Bryce was very cool dude! He is professional and very fast. I got my windshield replaced but unfortunately it had a defect in it. When I told Bryce about it he welcomed me back for a replacement and the new one is rocking it! The first one he said was ordered from a different manufacturer which they rarely work with and the new one is pretty good, almost better than the OEM one. Full satisfaction with the service and the waiting room is the best! Thanks Bryce and River City Auto Glass!

A couple weeks ago my car was broken into and with everything else going on I was so stressed about adding another thing to my plate. These guys found a window for me and came to my house for the repair while I was at school. They made everything so easy for me and also charged a very reasonable price! I had such a great experience and highly recommend this place! They are very efficient, helpful, and friendly! Thank you again for the great service!!!

Bryce and Evan are a great team! From initial call to the finished product, these guys have great communication, on-time, prompt service! Professional, polite service this day and age is seldom, this is not the first time, nor the last that River City has helped me out in a jam with my older vehicles. I've tried the bigger companies and all their blah-blah about warranty restrictions. I refer everyone to River City based on my experiences.

Excellent service. Price for windshield replacement was way lower than safelight. My insurance deductible was too high to be worth using to pay for my windshield, so I was stressed by the sudden out of pocket expense, but was pleasantly surprised at the reasonable pricing. I felt taken care of and they came to my work so life was not disrupted. I will come back for future auto glass needs & recommend them to others.

I was very pleased with the service here! Bryce helped me file a claim with my insurance, and Evan was friendly and quick and even removed a sticker from my back window that was stuck on. I chose to go to their office in Woodbury and it was a comfortable space to wait in, the couch is so comfy I could’ve taken a nap. I’ll be telling everyone I know that this is the place to come for auto glass repairs!

Got my windshield replaced a few weeks ago and I’m really glad I found this place. They got me in next day and I really appreciated that because they didn’t have to do it so last minute but it was nice of them nonetheless! I always prefer local if I can, because I want to keep our money in our communities instead of giving more and more to the oligarchs. Highly recommend this business!
