Auto Glass Express

The glass technician who came out was very nice and did good work (as far as I can tell so far). I am extremely pleased with his service and courtesy. The staff are all very nice and helpful in terms of working with the insurance company. My first appointment had to be rescheduled. I jusy wish I had received a call earlier (as soon as they knew they wouldn't be able to make it) instead of the end of the four hour window. I think that smaller scheduled windows should be offered instead of four hour increments. I wasted my whole afternoon on the scheduled first day only to find out they weren't coming at all. My slot was from noon to 4:00 and I got a call almost right at 4:00. Two hours would be more helpful for people's schedules. I don't run a glass service so maybe that's not even possible, but time is super valuable to so many people.

I have used Auto Glass express many times as my luck with glass seems to be not great. These guys are great. They handle everything from dealing with insurance to getting the correct OEM glass for the car. Insurance these days tries to force you to use their "prefered" installer but that just means they cut corners and use aftermarket glass. Auto glass express will fight to get you the correct glass for your car and in case you are not aware in MN its 100% illegal for your insurance to direct your or punish you in some way for not using a prefered installer. These guys are always my first call. Before I even call the insurance. Really helps avoid the whole insurance pushy thing when they get the first claim call from the company you have already chosen. 100% love Auto Glass Express.

Called Express Auto Glass and spoke with Nikki who was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting exactly what we needed which was a hard find ZO6 corvette windshield with next day install! Nikki found us a great quality piece of glass and did all the leg work with our insurance company which made it super easy for me! Lyn came out the next afternoon and installed the windshield, He was Friendly, informative, professional and did a wonderful job! Auto Glass Express got me into their schedule the day after I called them. I had full glass coverage through my insurance and Auto Glass coordinated it with them so I had no worries about coverage. Dustin did a great job. Very professional and personable. He returned a few days after the initial replacement with new side moldings. Some of the tabs had broken off my existing moldings during the initial repair and Auto Glass Express ordered new ones and replaced them promptly. Excellent customer service, from scheduling to repair it was a smooth process. I was able to get my windshield replaced within 24 hours of calling, they handled the insurance claim and came to my home to replace- couldn't have been any easier! The replacement looks wonderful. I filled out the form and they called me within 20 minutes. They helped me file my insurance claim and my windshield was replaced the next day while I was at work. The whole process was a breeze. I highly recommend them. The installer let me know that I needed a new wiper, too. He also found some rust underneath the windshield and he addressed it for me.

Highly recommend! Had my windshield installed by Dustin and they were delicate with the installation, did not rush the process and were very careful not to damage anything on my car. There is not a single trace left behind from the installation, be it a scratch or seal out of place, inside or out. Exactly what you’re looking for. 10/10 service.
